Being the king of a city means he is the king of the town as well! Why the heck would a king come to a small town with barely any protection?

Looking at the male again I hypnotize him calling him to follow me.

Walking out of the betting house I brought him to an isolated alleyway.

I hypnotize him and asked

"Why are you here?"

"There's a treasure at Swinford town."

"What treasure?"

"The delja fruit."

"What does it do?"

"You could cut it into numerous pieces and give it to people. After they eat the fruit the could become Cultivators."

'Cultivators!? Cultivators existed in this world?' Now I know that I am not the strongest in this world... This is getting fun!'

I put my mouth near his neck, I use my vampire's tooth and bite his neck while releasing the vampire toxin to turn him into a Vampire.

After I turned him into a Vampire he immediately kneeled down and shouted

"I greet your majesty!"

"Rise....?"

Not knowing what to do. A king kneeling in front of me and calling me your majesty... Reverse psychology?

"What's your name?"

"Your majesty, this humbles one name is called Edon Roderic!"

"I will call you Edon. Edon prepare me a room in your castle for me to live in!"

"Yes, your majesty!"

Taking his money I gave him back his wallet together with his identification card. Putting the stacks of cash inside my pocket.

I said out "Do you have any child?"

"Yes, your majesty! I have 1 son and 3 daughters!"

"I give you the command to infect your son and daughter with the vampire toxin. I will meet your wife and infect her. You may go now."

"Yes, your majesty!"

Walking away from Zeidan slowly and finally, Zeidan was left alone. After sucking Edon's blood Zeidan felt like as if he gained new powers.

Following his mind and he chanted out [Transform] immediately his body turned around and became a bat! Still dazed Zeidan, forgotten to flap his wings and dropped to the ground.

Hardly standing up he thought to himself.

'OMG! I can turn into a freaking bat! Does that when I suck blood I get powers? No... I sucked a guy's blood before but I didn't receive any new powers... I got it! When I infect people with my vampire toxin I gain power!'

Transforming back to his vampire-human form he tested out his speed. The last time he checked his max speed was 300mph when going straight and 287mph when turning. Now his speed was 315mph when going straight and 294 when turning! Although it isn't any tremendous change still it's a change!

'Although I haven't checked my strength yet it should be more powerful as well!'

More vampires mean he well gets more powerful! When he infect people they will be loyal to Zeidan forever! The perfect power!

Although gaining power when infecting people he could just infect everyone! After infecting them they would be loyal to me too. But for some reason, I don't feel like infecting everyone I see.

I want to make this power sacred. Only the chosen ones can be a Vampire if it's so easy to be a vampire, the vampire status will drop. Zeidan does not want that to happen he wants the status vampire to be the noblest, the world most respected and feared clan.

Clan... Yes, clan... I want to create a Vampire clan and rule the world!

Finally a goal. Without a goal, everything would not be fun and you couldn't go far without a goal. With this goal set, the vampire clan shall be the best clan not too long from now!

Transforming into a bat again. Zeidan flew to a hospital.

Reaching the hospital's blood storage for transplanting blood. Although having more vampires is the one that makes Zeidan stronger but without blood, it will make his ability weaker. Only with blood can Zeidan's be stronger. More vampire give Zeidan more abilities but blood makes his ability stronger! Without drinking blood, Zeidan could only release around 50% of his power. Drinking blood also makes him look more handsome, live longer and increase his speed, strength and stamina!

At the door of the blood storage, Zeidan was getting blocked by 2 female nurses.

"I am sorry sir. Only authorized personnel is allowed to enter!"

Using mind control I command.

"Don't move."

After the command, the two nurses stopped moving. Putting my mouth near their slender white necks I bit it. The female nurse flinched a bit from a bit pain but she still endured it.

Putting in my vampire toxin while sucking her blood which is unexpectedly delicious probably because she is young.

After sucking her blood, I turn to the other nurse and suck her blood. Both of their blood tasted delicious.

After sucking their blood I release the mind control and they immediately kneeled down and both shouted.

"We greet your majesty!"

With an aura filled with arrogance, I replied, softly but filled with pride.

"Rise!"

"Yes, your majesty!"

"Go get me a pack of blood. I want one of each type of blood."

"Yes, your majesty!"

The two nurses bowed down and walked Inside the blood storage.

The reason Zeidan wanted one blood pack of each type was that he wanted to find out which is more delicious. Each different blood type should have a different taste.

After waiting for a while the 2 nurses came back with 8 packs of blood.

Grabbing the packs of blood with four on each of my hand.

I said out softly "Thanks for the I blood I will see you next time and don't tell anyone about what happened today."

"Yes your majesty," they replied softly.

I left quickly because there was someone coming. I could deal with him easily with my powers but I don't want to waste my energy on a small fry.
