The Hunt Begins

The forest was peaceful. No disruptions and all that could be heard was the wind and the trees. Not a single animal made a noise, it was rare for there to be wind as the hot blazing summer was coming.

That silence didn't last as a small hole in the hole appeared. It looked like a cloud and was moving constantly.

The wind that came out of it was so strong that the trees danced even more vigorously compared to before. Each second that past, the hole got bigger and the wind got stronger.

The hole was a rupture in the space and time that came from another world and a different time. It was breached from another planet called Zoreth.

There was nothing. The only thing that was happening was that the hole was getting bigger and the trees were getting wilder. Wind was no longer a pleasure for the animals in the forest but rather a gigantic disturbance and danger.

Finally, after a whole quarter hour of nothing, a hand came out of the hole. Then came the whole arm before the rest of the body followed after.

The hole was a portal.

The person who came out of the portal was Hunter Allen.

He looked at the forest before looking down onto his right wrist which had futuristic technology on it and clicked a button that closed the portal. Unlike before, it closed right away and the fierce, tyrant wind finally came to a stop and all that remained was a calm flow of wind brushing against Hunter's face.

The animals came to a triumphant return walking ever so casually. Hunter looked at them all for not even a second before he got down on the ground, picked up a stick, used a knife which he grabbed out from his back and magically appeared from a ball and used it to sharpen the tip of the stick.

Hunter was satisfied with how the make-shift spear looked so he got up, lifted it to above head, leaned it backwards, before throwing it into the air.

Hunter looked at his futuristic watch and tapped a few things before a skill screen popped up on it. He looked at it and saw that everything was at zero. He smiled because after all, having the power to destroy his old planet Zoreth was no fun in a new world.

Hunter checked a few more things before turning the watch off.

He wanted to get his power up slowly so that he could feel the thrill and the adrenaline running through his veins as he struggled. Hunter heard a scream from far away and it kept going until it stopped.

Hunter walked towards the sound and when he reached his destination, he was staring at a tiger who's chest has been impaled with the make-shift spear that he threw into the air.

Hunter saw the tiger from a long distance away and used his brain in order to predict the path the tiger was walk on and how he should throw the spear in order to hit the perfect spot.

Hunter took the spear and he reached for his back once again for another ball. He clicked something on the ball and it transformed into a pot with green water inside.

Hunter then proceeded to cut off the tiger's head with his only weapon other than the spear, the knife he brought from Zoreth.

He picked up the head and threw it into the water and waited a while before throwing his spear in there as well. Although the pot was big, it wasn't taller than the spear but the spear fell into it since there was endless room in the pot that would change in order to match the items inside.

Hunter sat down and waited. The animals above him were staring down looking at the man who killed a tiger with no effort.

They were all frozen. They stared at Hunter without blinking.

Hunter saw them and grabbed a few rocks from the ground. He calculated the distance and the location of each animals he could see in his view and threw all of the rocks at the same time.

One by one, there was sometimes loud thud noises on the ground while other times, a very soft variance of it

Mason didn't bother to personally get them and with another ball in had, he clicked it and threw it towards them. In midair, the ball transformed into an even bigger ball with tubes coming out of it.

The tubes were small from where they connected with the ball itself but the further outwards, the bigger they got.

The ball landed and the tubes began moving, sucking up all of the animals. They would stretch allowing them to reach good distance and Hunter saw the tubes working.

The tubes completed their mission and Hunter clapped twice and the ball flew heading toward Hunter's hand. It shrunk in midair and the tubes disappeared.

When Hunter caught it, it was back to it's initial form. He took the ball and closed his eyes thinking about what he wanted to do with it.

When the sun finally fist bumped with the horizen, Hunter slapped the ball into his left wrist with a hole in it that matched up with the balls he had in his back.

Hunter then pushed the ball into the wrist and the ball was no longer visible. "Converting animals into power is still as unpleasant as always. Especially the One Above God. He took a whole year to squeeze inside because of how much power the ball contained.

I'm hungry but don't got the time to cook all of them so I'll just find something bigger later and cook it instead." Hunter thought in his head.

The pot lid which formed while Hunter was waiting transformed back into the green water and fell back into the pot. There was a suction noise which lasted a few seconds until everything was back to normal.

No boiling water noises, no pot shaking noises, and no more bubbles floating into the air. Hunter got up and looked inside of the pot. He grabbed what looked to be the gripping part of the spear and Hunter pulled it out.

The spear that went in and came out was completely different. When the spear went in, it was a stick with a sharp tip soaked in the blood of a tiger. When it came out, it was a majestic looking spear made out of the bones.

It was shaped in a spiral from the top to middle and from middle to bottom, there was the tiger's fur wrapped around it.

The spear was longer than before but that wasn't all. The tip of the spear was bone just like the rest of the spear but it came out of a tiger's head. The tiger was roaring and had it's mouth opened.

That wasn't the last of the spear either. There was a button located on the lower half of the spear which Hunter clicked and it changed into a ball.

Hunter looked satisfied with how the spear turned out and slapped it onto the back of his waist where there was a piece of cloth with twelve balls magically hanging on it.

Hunter ran through the forest and in a breeze, he was out. In the far distance, he could see a kingdom. One with a big castle and an even larger church.

Hunter had on a helmet on his head. It looked like a modified version of an astronaut's helmet. For the face, all that could be seen was glass. It wasn't a little bit see-through.

The glass started from above Hunter's chin which had futuristic armor on it to the top of his forehead.

His ears and the side of his face were covered by armor and so was the top of his head and the back.

Hunter clicked on a button located on the back of his helmet and it caused the helmet to retract back onto the back of his head in a quick few seconds and Hunter's face could finally be seen.

Hunter had white hair which flowed freely as the wind blew. It was medium long and looked like silk rather than hair.

Although that was unique and very cool to look at, what was the most fascinating part was his eyes. They were in the brightest yet evilest shade of red. It was emotionless and yet at the same time looked so cruel.

Hunter tapped his feet together and clicked them. His right arm was in front of his body with the hand clutched onto his heart in a fist. His left arm was on his back and matched what the right arm did.

This was a sign or respect back on Zoreth. "Let the hunting begin." But not everybody had the same idea of respect so the reasons were lost on the way.
