Part 86:

The Board Chairman exhaled with lack of belief.

" So all you want to say is that that girl was innocent ?" He asked.

" Yes sir." Jenny responded.

" How could you accuse her then ?" He asked angrily.

" Sir, I didn't know what exactly happened until I talked to Granny." Jenny faked tears of guilt.

" And you ?" He turned to the old woman.

" I am sorry Sir. It's my fault. I didn't know I took the package to the wrong room." She spoke.

The aged man shook his head in confusion and said.

" Now the poor girl is blaming our company for falsely accusing her." He said.

" We now know that she is innocent. So we are here to beg that she comes back to work." Jenny said.

" Both of you will be fined for causing inconveniences. Go and find a way to get her back and apologize to her on behalf of the company." Said the chairman.

" I will do that Sir." Jenny agreed immediately.

" Now leave my office !" He said and they got up.

" Thank you Chairman for giving us a chance to correct our mistake." Jenny said and after they left the office.

When they were out Jenny released a heavy sigh of relief.

" How was it ?" The old woman asked.
