The Idol Life

Park Junho looked at the screen in front of him he couldn't believe what had happened he returned to his youth, it was the year 2009, he stood up then looked at the mirror.

"I can't believe it, was it all a dream?"

Junho looked at the screen in front of him, it was quite familiar to him as when he was taking care of the children in the orphanage he had read some of the novels they were reading that's why he wasn't surprised.

As Jun-ho looked at the screen he didn't dispute it one bit as it was fairly accurate since he had retained the songs he had wrote and the ones he didn't, he knew what were flops and what were hits, he knew what concept which song was suited best to and how he could have improved it.

"I guess somethings don't change after all."

He looked at himself in the mirror he wasn't fat nor thin, he had an average body with an above average face, he then tried vocalizing and sang some songs, even though he had trained his body to move he knew his voice wasn't the best and that was his downfall as although he was good at dancing he was average at singing, he didn't have any charisma either to stand out when dancing.

"I'll do my best this life I don't need to hide anything now since I've got nothing to lose, well at least for now."

Junho then laid down back at the bed as he still in awe, he couldn't believe it but he had to, even though he'll miss his old life but he also knew it was a book that had finished and now he had been given a chance to rewrite his story.

"Junho!"

Junho heard a familiar voice calling him, he suddenly had a tear form in his eyes as it had been a long time since he had heard that voice, it was his number one fan, bestfriend and number one pillar in his life, he immediately ran down from his room to greet his mother.

"Mom!"

Surprised, Park Yuna, his mother hugged him back, she didn't know what had happened and looked at his eyes that were red.

"Did someone bully you?"

"No, I just, it's nothing."

"Are you sure? Nothing is something in my eyes."

His mother set down the food as Junho sat down, he then looked around to see his father watching the television.

"If that's the case then did you get rejected perhaps? Was it that Jung girl? Aish there's too many Jung's in your class"

Park Hoon, his father asked as he sat down along with them, Junho wanted to cry as it had been over three decades since he last saw them but he held back for now, shortly he heard another familiar voice one that he had missed too.

"I think he's realizing he's too old to be an Idol now."

Park Jihyun, his sister that despite bullying him and talking back at him was also he's secret number two fan, despite being talked down he knew deep inside that she had cared for him even when he was rejected by companies she would always tell him to cheer up and do better.

Junho looked at the ground as he couldn't believe this was all happening again, one of the things he had longed for when he was older, a chance to be with his family once more, then and there he decided once he was famous enough he would dictate his fate, his fate to be the best, his fate to be the undisputable idol, his fate to be the king of the entertainment circle!

"Aigoo I think you spoke too harsh Jihyun"

"Did I?"

Jihyun panicked as he looked at Junho, she then patted his back to console him.

"I'm fine! le- let's eat!"

"Not with that snot in your face!"

Junho opened the books he had, he was a graduating student he didn't want to study and instead prepare for auditions as he knew time was of the essence the earlier he could be under an agency the better him debuting sooner.

Jihyun asked her father since the three of them knew that he had won the lottery, they didn't know why as it was a huge stroke of luck, but instead of using it wastefully they decided to relocate Seoul, the capital of the country and set up a restaurant as Park Yuna and Park Hoon were one of the top chefs of the country that decided to live in the countryside after they retired.

"That we're moving to Seoul and start up a shop there?"

"Once he graduates, he doesn't need to think about that and neither do you, besides we're still getting the permits and hiring so there's no need to rush let him enjoy his last year although I guess we should tell him three months before we leave."

"Once I finish my course give me the money to handle it! I can't stand it when both of you impulsively buy something"

"Fine, just focus on your studies let the grown ups do grown up things."

Junho closed the book and opened the interface as soon as he did.

Junho was shocked at the points at his disposal, he calmed down as he looked at the categories, it was direct and what was there was what he expected, he browsed a few and found some things he didn't expect.

He was shocked at the amount of songs he saw, he couldn't dispute that there tons of it but then he thought.

Junho immediately opened his computer, since it was still 2009 his computer was still slow and he wasn't used to it but eventually it opened and he immediately began searching for the companies he knew in his life to find out.

"They're not here, instead."

S.M had turned into M.S, YG had turned to Galaxy Entertainment , JYP had turned into Pegasus, and lastly Big Hit was now HYPE Entertainment, still it was close to its original but he kept searching even the groups and group members were different he saw some new faces that were not supposed to be there he also noticed some members missing as well.

He continued on searching especially on the mandatory conscription he was relieved to see instead of the original two years it was now only half a year due to the world being at peace, he kept reading and searching needless to say it took him the whole night to search what he wanted to know.

"I guess tomorrow is the day where I start my Journey"
