James Anderson's face suddenly turned red, and he suddenly picked up Helen. "Where did you learn these bizarre ideas, little girl!" He said, holding her as he went into the bedroom, carefully placing her on the bed, then pinching her face and softly saying, "You sleep here tonight, and I'll sleep on the sofa outside."
After saying that, he tucked her under the covers, and carefully smoothed them out. After making sure everything was okay, he turned to leave.
Helen quickly grabbed his hand, and he turned back to sit beside her. Stroking her face, he doted on her, asking, "What's the matter?"
Helen sat up and hugged his arm, acting coquettishly, "I'm scared alone, will you stay with me?"
James Anderson burst out laughing, his eyes narrowed. He poked her forehead with his finger, "Come on! Weren't you living alone before?"
Helen's face reddened from his laughter, and she angrily threw his hand away, "Hateful...I just wanted to be with you before you left..."
