THE UNION
The story focuses on multi characters who live in a world filled with special beings with special powers called the Supernaturals and Humans, these characters must all come together to save their father figure after he had been kidnapped by a strange being with reality changing abilities, the characters of the story are:-
Ngozi, a young black Igbo woman who owns a strange magical amulet with vast magical abilities dwelling inside it. Ngozi struggles with her self worth after she had been sexually molested by her father, she tries to move on with her life, accept this newfound family and her abilities.
Ayo, a black half human half cyborg. Unlike most Supernaturals who gain their powers naturally Ayo was experimented on by a group of white racist scientist but he managed to escape, he struggles to come to terms with what he is now as another being lives inside his body. Ayo spends most of his time wondering who he is.
Richard, a young black man with the ability to teleport to different location. Richard loves a nonchalant and carefree life not bothering about anything going on in the world after going through a very abusive childhood, he goes on a journey of self discovery after spending years only following his parents orders.
Tolu, a young black woman who is a human. She is a lesbian and a junior officer who gathers the others to come together, she is a no nonsense person, fighter, leader and is tired of being downgraded into petty jobs because she isn't a Supernatural. She tries to prove herself to her co-workers but after facing some harsh realities Tolu starts to question her life decisions.
Gboyega, a young black man with the ability to create fire. He is always self loathing and doesn't relate to alot of people even his own team mate, he believes he is going to be the destruction of the world after going through a terrible childhood and adulthood.
Mashee'a, a black lady who has lived for hundreds of years but stays young a very powerful being.
