Found in the Forest

There was a young girl who no one knew about. Her name was Kana. Kana lived in the forest with a village close by. There was only one rule in this village. The rule was never to enter the forest. No one knew why this rule was put in to place but they followed it. The forest was on the edge of the village and the castle was on the other end of the forest.

After fifteen years of living in the forest Kana met another human for the first time. The person she met was the prince whose name was Jasper. He lived in the castle she liked to watch from the trees. Kana had seen Jasper on the castle grounds and always had someone following him. Jasper was the only person who ever entered her forest. Jaspers parents told him of his older sister who lived in the forest.

When Jasper met Kana, he was surprised to see the young girl who happen to be his sister in the forest. When he tried to talk to her she just gave him a confused look. Kana never learned how to talk. She only learned how to communicate with the animals of the forest. So Kana chirped like a bird. One of the birds who could communicate with Jasper for Kana flew down and spoke to Jasper for her.

Kana told the bird to say hello to Jasper for her. The bird did as told and spoke for Kana. Jasper was shocked to see this happen in front of him. A human speaking with a bird. Jasper told the bird to tell Kana that he would like to bring her and the bird home with him so they could communicate with each other.

The bird told Kana what Jasper told him. Kana nodded her head and told the bird that she would love that. Then she asked the bird if it would leave the forest with her. The bird bobbed its head and told her yes.
