How I Became Fat

Let me begin by saying I'm Bella, a middlle-aged woman out into the world where society judges you based on your weight and looks. I can't say I'm ugly but I'm not too pretty as well. But yes... I am definitely morbidly obese.

It all started with being a thin, low appetite kid. Believe me, I have not always been fat. Before, I was often critized for being too skinny and people kept on telling me to put on more weight. At six years old, I was put through a whole lot of body shaming from every new person I meet.

Then, I began gaining weight and appetite. And yes, everybody approved because apparently I had finally summoned to get some fat into my body. So I think probably due to this new sense of acceptance and approval, I aimed to gain more and more weight.

However, the scale won't stop when I got into my ideal weight. My appetite became worse because it got out of control. This time, I became overweight. Years passed and here we are, morbidly obese yet now unaccepted by the same society who made me try to change my weight. Bummer right?
