Aylin smiled satisfiedly, looking at Kai, and then, she began to walk in the direction of the forest. Kai was following her, only a few steps away from her.

Yawning sleepily, he asked from behind, "But, where are we going? This area is looking quite deserted."

Tilting her head, Aylin answered instantly with a cheerful smile, "Don't be scared. I know this area better than anyone. Nothing will happen to you."

The late-night chill was very soothing for their exhausted bodies. While walking, Kai asked in a curious tone, "Lin, we are already inside the deep forest. How far are you planning to go?"

Aylin asked in a teasing tone, "Why? Are you scared?"

A mischievous smirk twitched Kai's lips too as he answered, "Not at all. Aren't you here to protect me, Brave lady?"
