Mygeeto

The sounds of blaster fire and explosions was heard as screams of men can be heard in the distant. On the planet of Mygeeto the separatist and republic had made a large scale attack against each other and the terrans had just arrived a few hours ago.

In just those few hours it had been a complete slaughter for the three forces because so much was happening all at once and the thunderstorms across the planet was making everyone's situation even worse.

No one had full control of the sky's because both the separatist and republic ships were hidden in the clouds while fighting each other instead of doing it in space. Because of fear of missing their shots and possibly hitting civilians or friendlies down below. The terrans had decided to send only the bombers and fighters for now.

Although the terrans fleet was in no danger the men on the planet as well as any fighters down below were going through absolute hell. There were numerous marines, odst, and a handful of Spartans down below with most of the Spartans being Spartan-IV while one team was consisted of Spartan-II.

Even though the terrans were completely destroying their forces, the separatist and republic seemed to have the troops to keep on replacing them. The only reason the terrans movements were halted for the moment was because both sides were concentrating most of their forces where the terrans were at.

This entire battle was because of what resources the planet had in it's mines.

Mygeeto was a mining place for various crystals in the galaxy and the separatist had invaded the planet to take control over them. This in turn caused the republic to send a large fleet to stop them, but the fighting had pretty much turned into a stalemate once the two sides were basically throwing hordes of troops at each other.

Back on the ground a overturned warhog was seen with one of the wheels completely blown off as well as two marines dead along side it. They were on a bridge as explosions and gunfire was seen up ahead on a large platform connecting three bridges together in the middle where one of the many fights were taking place in the area.

A few feet away from the vehicle a Spartan laying near it was seen unmoving as his comms can be heard with multiple people yelling.

"There's too many of them! There coming from all sides! We have to pull back!" A voice says desperately as the sounds of fighting can be heard near him.

"2nd battalion you have to hold your position over the bridge at all cost or they will have a foothold on us. Hold your position!" An officer from one of the Terran ships in space says.

While they continue to talk the Spartan that was on the ground slowly gets up before he stumbles kneeling on the ground trying to get his senses back. When he does he picks his rifle up that was on the ground before looking up as he sees multiple artillery heading his way.

Putting his weapon on his back he takes something out getting ready to activate it as he continues to look up in the cloudy sky.

"Does anyone has eyes on chief?" Another voice says.

The comms goes silent before the same marine asking for help is heard.

"Negative...I think we lost him."

"Not yet." Master chief says to them before pressing a button on the device before throwing it on the ground.

Once he throws it down a small shield activates around him bracing himself just as the artillery hits sending the warhog that was near him flying behind him. Once the explosions are gone along with the shield, chief takes off towards the battle as he takes his weapon off his back.

Dodging some of the stray blaster fire and explosions he jumps directly in the battlefield taking out a line of droids as he starts his massacre on them.

As he uses the last of his ammunition in his gun he takes his pistol out before firing it at the droids in front of him before elbowing another that was behind him. Dropping his rifle he takes out two guns from his waist duel wielding them as he takes out even more of them. There were even a few instances where a gang of commando droids had arrived to take him down only to get destroyed just as easy.

One of them tries to get a jump on him with a vibroblade only for the Spartan to grab the blade and punch a hole through it's head. Once he deals with the few remaining droids his comms goes on with a voice giving everyone in the battle a warning.

"Attention to all troopers in the area! A Jedi has been spotted in your vicinity! I say again a Jedi has been spotted!" A voice says over the Spartans comms.

"If you won't be able to handle him fall back."

Hearing this master chief changes his position and starts to head towards the clones on another side of the platform where they were coming from. If he killed the Jedi they would at least have some time to breath and worry about the separatist for a while until the clones got it together over their generals death.

While he was doing this the marines behind him were slowly making their way towards chief's last position as they set defensive positions around the area on their side of the platform.

Up ahead multiple tri-droids were seen making their way across the bridge as the ones in front fires it's laser cannons at the terrans position. A Terran marine seeing the perfect opportunity to use his rocket launcher gets up aiming it at one of them before firing.

The missile flies through the air before making it's mark on on of the tri-droids making it fall down over the bridge. The marine who fired didn't get the chance to see his handy work because seconds after he had fired, a blue blaster bolt had connected with his head putting a burning hole in his brain. His squad mates quickly dragged his body towards cover as they returned fire at the ones who killed their brother in arms.

On a different bridge connecting to the platform, hundreds of clones can be seen trying to charge their way through the Terran and separatist lines. They had walkers making their way along the clones with some getting taken out by their enemies from god knows where.

"Come on troopers! We have to gain control of this platform before one of them take it over!" A Jedi says as he waves his lightsaber forward.

"You heard him brothers! Let's go!" A clone says as a wave of clones starts to charge at the separatist and Terran forces.

"Go!Go!G-arhhh!"

"Give it to them!"

"That's the stuff!"

"For the republic!"

Multiple clones where heard shouting as they charged with many of them dying in seconds because of gunfire with some wheezing past them. There was even a few bullets that they could actually see, zooming past them as they ran forward.

Seeing the swarm of clones closing in on them the Terran troops start to stand getting ready to fight hand to hand. One of them even puts away his rifle before taking out his pistol and a knife ready for them.

"Don't let them break through!"

"Show them what the marine corps can do!" A few marines says as they do everything they can to prevent them from getting near them.

On the separatist side clone jet troopers flew up on a lone separatist tri-droid as they all started to fire at it once they landed. One of them gets shot by the droid immediately after he lands killing him instantly. After killing the first clone it has difficulty doing the same to the rest as they split up under it, as they fire multiple shots at it.

"Yeah! That's it!" One of them says as he rolls out of the way as one of it's legs strike where he was.

"Take it down! Take it down!" Another says as they gang up on the lone droid.

A Terran tank along with extra troops arrives at the end of their side of the bridge as it fires at the incoming clones turning a few into paste. One of the marines coming in as reinforcements slips on the wet metal ground before looking at the ongoing battle horrified.

This was his first battle ever and the stories about the covenant war from those who served interested him enough that he decided join the military a year ago.

When he heard that their battalion was about to go into battle against the republic and separatist he was excited thinking he was about to go on adventure, but instead he had just took his first step into what he thought was hell. And what made him even more afraid was that some of the more experienced marines had said this was nothing compared to the battles against the covenant.

His commanding officer who had seen him frozen on the ground staring at the battle, had immediately walked up to him before yanking him off the ground.

"Get up private Gilbey! Stop enjoying the view and get in there!" His commander says pushing him forward.

"Yes sir!" The private says scared to death.

As he runs across the bridge with other marines he couldn't help but look up as multiple fighter belonging to the three factions fight each other for dominance.

Across from them on another platform, a line of clone troops aren't lucky because a Terran fighter destroys a separatist vulture droid with the burning wreckage flying into them causing fire to break out on the bridge. Even with all the gunfire he can hear their faint screams as some run with fire engulfing them.

Getting to the lines of marines almost in the front of the battle he positions himself with the rest of his squad as they fire at any enemies they see. A few snipers were laying in different positions throughout the defense as they fired shot after shot. At first they were tasked to shoot any high value targets, but that was cut out once the situation was looking desperate for them.

Four clone transports were seen overhead about to drop off men only for two of them to get shot down by multiple missiles from the terrans.

The last two decides it's too risky and decides to make a run for it with one of them getting destroyed by a scorpion tank leaving it in peices as it exploded.

"Whoo! Nice shot!" A marine shouts.

As some of them cheer one of the marines points to the sky before shouting. "Get down! Get do-!"

BOOM!!

A tri-fighter droid had arrived over them as it fired a missile on their position taking out a few marines as their bodies flew from the explosion.

One of the marines runs up to one of the fallen marines before putting his head towards his chest checking to see if he's alive.

"Get a medic! Get a medic over here!" He shouts after checking him.

The private could only look on with wide eyes as he looks at all the dead bodies sprawled across the huge bridge. This only last for a while until he feels a slap on his face as he looks up to see one of his squad mates.

"Private! I know this is your first battle, but you have to get it together! Now get your gun loaded and start shooting!" He says before moving forward.

Luckily for him his squad was going towards the separatist which the chief had partially cut down for them and the survival rate was pretty high for them for now.

The battle with the republic on the other hand was about to get messy because unlike the droids they too would fight until their last breath.

The biggest battle of the war so far with all three factions in one place has sprawled out of control and it was about to get worse. A lot worse.

In space with the Terran fleet a another fleet of ships had exited out of slipspace. It was the sword of sanghelios and even though they were allies with the terrans it was just going to make the battle on the planet even more chaotic.

Spirit of fire

The spirit of fire along with other Terran ships as well as a few of the new mandalore ships were heading their way towards Felucia.

Captain cutter along was seen looking over a hologram of the planet. There was both separatist and republic forces on the planet. And to make things a little harder their Intel had said the wildlife was something to look out for as well.

"Take this planet and both sides will lose a major trade route in this war." Cutter mumbles to himself rereading the Intel numerous times.

"Precisely captain. If we take this planet we could potentially stop them from entering what they call the perlemian trade route." An A.I says to him.

"But what about the forces down on the planet. There's practically nothing about how strong of an army we will face?" He questions.

"There hasn't been any reports on what exactly the strength of the enemies we will face, but their was sightings of a Jedi on the planet." She says causing cutter to go deep in thought.

"Hmm." He says thinking trying to decide if he should do it.

"Get red team ready. I have a mission for them." He says.

"Of course captain." She says as she disappears from the bridge.
