Chapter 484 ( Encounter )

Thirty minutes later, Hisoka was sweating uncontrollably.

He had chirped like a canary about everything he knew, as well as the identities of his companions.

Cloud frowned as he thought about the words the crazy clown had said.

"That explains why the spider wanted to kidnap Neon-sama" - Kurapika muttered as she frowned.

"We already knew that" - Menchi said as she shrugged - "That information is normal for Hunters of a certain level because they are more susceptible to having their abilities stolen."

"Putting that aside, our thoughts were right, they will come to us" - said Kyoko while shaking her head, only to see Kyōka smiling happily.

"That's good for me" - said Kyōka while looking at Cloud happily - "Tell me we'll fight head on".

"At least she's honest" - muttered Menchi while shaking her head.

"Answering your question, we will" - nodded Cloud calmly while squinting his eyes - "Now all that's left is to think about what to do with this guy."

". . ." - Hisoka didn't answer, he just waited in silence.

No matter his situation, he wouldn't ask for mercy, in fact, he had only spoken because Cloud had made a deal with him.

If he talked, then the blond would allow him to fulfill his wish to fight Chrollo when they finished the job, though that didn't mean he would come out alive after all this.

"If you'll allow me, I'd like us to leave him alive" - Kurapika said after some thought.

"Oh? Really?" - Cloud asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"I think he's more good alive than dead" - Kurapika replied calmly.

"Hmm" - Cloud thought for a few seconds before nodding - "Suit yourself, it's your revenge."

"Thanks" - replied Kurapika while looking at Hisoka - "You owe me one".

"I guess that's true" - replied Hisoka as he started to think - "Tell me what you want and I promise I'll help you in any way I can"

"We'll talk about this later, so for now I want you to keep talking" - said Kurapika seriously.

"Ok," - nodded Hisoka as he continued to talk about the little bit of information he had kept to himself.

"Hisoka is taking too long," - said Chrollo as he frowned seeing how his partner hadn't returned after so long.

Three hours had passed and the spider members were preparing for the worst, so without a second thought, they escaped from their home base to a slightly safer place.

"It's not like it affected us too much, Hisoka was never an indispensable part of the group and more than an ally, he was a ticking time bomb" - Phinks said while frowning - "Although at the same time it's annoying that we lost so many comrades so often."

"I think the same, this is annoying" - muttered Feitan while grunting with irritation.

"I have bad news" - Pakunoda said as she entered the room.

She had been the only person who hadn't been around because she was gathering information or rumors of the blond or the possible appearance of his companions.

"Speak" - Chrollo said neutrally as he saw the woman's expressionless expression, one that was accompanied by a cold stare.

"The news of the death of Uvogin and Nobunaga, has been confirmed, their heads were delivered to the [Hunters Association]" - Pakunoda replied neutrally as those present began to release a potent killer instinct.

"That son of a bitch!" - Phinks roared as a vein marked itself on his forehead - "I'm going to kill him with my bare hands!"

And that was a thought that was shared by everyone present.

Franklin and Feitan were barely resisting the urge to go out and settle the score.

Shizuku was lamenting that Nobunaga died for saving her while Pakunoda and Machi were silent with hostile looks on their faces.

The other members of the spider were also silent, waiting for the words of their leader.

Chrollo was with his eyes closed, thinking about everything that had happened, as well as the consequences of his next actions, only to frown as he saw how the situation could only get worse if things got further out of control.

"Chrollo" - said Feitan, who for the first time in a long time was calling his leader by name - "Give us your orders."

Chrollo opened his eyes and looked at his old friend, only to notice how the fury was getting bigger and bigger in his eyes.

He knew that Feitan, and possibly the others, would ignore his orders if he asked them to leave [Yorkshin], but at the same time he couldn't just tell them that they would go without information to fight a man with unknown power, not to mention that it was possible that Hisoka would reveal some of his personal information, making his opponents have a more or less clear idea of his abilities and how to counter them.

"Leader" - Machi said neutrally - "We have to, or we'll soon be hunted down one after the other."

Chrollo raised an eyebrow when he heard this, only to be surprised to see how Machi had thin threads in her hands that were almost invisible because of how thin they were - "They're here?"

"I don't know if it's them, but it's quite possible" - Machi replied as she frowned.

"How many are there?" - Chrollo asked while frowning because he never thought that things would take such a drastic turn in just a few seconds.

"Five people" - Machi answered seriously - "Or at least those are all the presences that broke my threads."

"I understand, I guess there is no choice but to counterattack, so I wish you to prepare yourselves" - said Chrollo seriously - "This is the best time to torture these bastards and give them the most painful death possible."

The eyes of Feitan and the others, glittered slightly as the level of hostility for Cloud and the others, increased dramatically.

"What if it's not them?" - Shizuku asked as she looked at their leader.

"Then they just have to curse their bad luck" - replied Chrollo coolly - "Let's go, we have a lot to do".

"Hai!" - exclaimed the members of the [Ghost Brigade] as they walked out of the room, not noticing how cute black eyes were watching them from a hidden spot.

Sora quickly came out of hiding and ran out of the place to warn the others about the new location of their prey.

"It wasn't them, in fact, they were just some useless guys looking for luck" - Pakunoda said as she frowned seeing how the prey they had captured, were nothing more than simple vagabonds.

Chrollo was silent for a few seconds, but his expression quickly changed as everyone froze as he felt an oppressive aura over them.

Slowly, a diverse group walked from the distance in their direction.

They consisted of two strange girls, one with white hair and pale skin wearing a black one-piece dress. Behind her was a girl who was wearing an electric blue dress that matched her hair of the same color, but the strange thing about her was that instead of arms she possessed wings of the same color, showing that she was not human.

In front of them, three women and a boy in his teens were walking.

The three beautiful women were beautiful in their own way, the one on the right being a seductive dark blue haired woman who had a wild smile on her face. She was wearing a white shirt that could barely contain her huge breasts and was worn as a dungarees, showing much of her abdomen.

The woman in the center was a little older than the first one, she was in her 20's, maybe pushing 30 and had reddish brown hair. She was wearing a secretary outfit much like Pakunoda's, but her physique was much more voluptuous. The woman had a small black cat on her right shoulder and a small lizard with butterfly wings on her left shoulder.

The third woman, had light blue hair, and unlike her two companions, she did not have such a developed body, but was still above average. She was wearing a t-shirt that showed that underneath was a black bikini along with tight shorts that only covered her intimate part, showing her delicious thighs.

The boy accompanying them was a young blond who was showing eyes that many of them recognized immediately, furious eyes as red as the blood they had spilled.

Finally, the one leading the group was a handsome man with blond hair and reptilian eyes. He was wearing a black sleeveless T-shirt with black pants.

Cloud was looking at the group with a huge smile as a small green head peeked out from his shoulder and looked at the group curiously.

"You did a good job, Sora" - Cloud said as he fondly petted the little creature - "Without you, we wouldn't have found our prey for quite some time."

"Kyu ~!" - Sora began to "purr" at the blond's affections, not noticing how Chrollo's expression changed slightly.
