THE HAUNTED TOWN
A retrospect of events were vivid to the historians of McKinney, and witches were forced to go back to the salt mines after a century of not practicing, to save their town.
Around that time, Winston siblings had just arrived in town, back to their parents home after going incognito for nearly a century. This was after witches sent their kind to Jupiter due to a grudge that existed between them, and also save humankind.
Residents were not so welcoming due to a series of tragedies facing the town, and since they were new to the residents, they were among the top suspects of the killings and disappearances happening around town.
This pushed them to join in on the town's safety, to prove wrong the residents of McKinney but they were shocked when they came across dead bodies. Their guess that vampires had broke loose from Jupiter was not right, these bodies did not have neck marks.
This led to a natural friendship between them and the witches, regardless of witches doubts and questions of how they survived their ancestor's spell. This alliance did not give them an upper hand, the killings did not stop and disappearances multiplied.
That's when they found out these beings were fast, resilient, and used magic. They had never heard of or saw them before, not even in history books, which made it difficult to defeat them since they didn't know their weakness.
These beings turned the town into a massacre, and news spread around the nation like a virus hence giving the town a nickname, 'the haunted town.'
