The Awakening and the War
Once gone, they are suddenly resurfacing. In the year 2050, the Earth is struck by strong cosmic rays that decimate nature, livestock, people, and other animals, but not everyone or everything perishes. A startling truth is revealed among those who manage to survive alongside animals. The revival of once-dangerous creatures alters how certain people view the world. They have been awoken. Werewolves, creatures that are half-human, half-beast.
Two kingdoms are formed. Kingdom of Erbisa, the offspring of Odin and Vidar who slew Fenrir and became one of the strongest, and Kingdom of Orem, the descendants of the formerly most formidable and destructive wolf, Fenrir, divide the globe into two pieces.
The period of brutality, enslavement, and tragedy is back, but things are done differently this time. The two kingdoms, however, can't get over their old animosities and hate each other's antiquities. An uproar erupts due to a female who is desired by both sides. Valor was unaware that her ancestor was a powerful werewolf and was greatly admired. The lone surviving ancestor of Lupa also the placid wolf of the South, Valor is strong, revered, and descended from the wolf queen. She is suddenly faced with the decision to choose between the two kingdoms, but it is difficult given that both of the monarchs are cunning, alluring, and extremely protective.
But when she is unable to decide and vanishes, the two kingdoms accuse one another of being involved in sabotage, and a war breaks out.
