Me and My Mates Against Fate

A prophecy from centuries ago; it is finally time for it to change the course of nature. Ivy breaks the seal to her powers over the years, bit by bit and now enters the world beyond Earth with creatures only meant to exist in fairytales and mythology, travelling across realm and fighting against her destiny. With members of the royal families of other realms approaching her now and then and finding her mates; it is all so sudden, and her mind cannot catch up. And what will she do when she realizes that she has not one, not two but several mates who keep popping out of thin air. What about her life on Earth? The family she was raised in? What happens when that mafia family of hers suffers due the uprising in the criminal organizations? What is the meaning behind this? And what is the prophecy? Will she and mates manage to survive this? EXCERPT 1- “Okay, okay. If you don’t want that then after you hone all your powers and we mark each other, you will be able to see much of what this darkness holds.” “Mmhmm…” “What happened when I was returning with my ‘brother’?” “We are still on that?” “You asked me ask.” “Your brother was never there, it was me. I morphed into your brother and the water you drank put you to sleep.” “Anything you are not telling me?” she eyed him suspiciously. “Well, Engel came to see that night and I transported your illusioned body to a room in the penthouse.” “Anything else?” “Your so-called mates came to see you the next day.” “Who? Aren’t you my ‘mate’?” she looked very confused at the mention of 'mates'. (Cutting part of the scene) “I morphed into you and gave them a little scare. They must be searching for you right now.” “You are quite sneaky... Can I also morph into another person?” She looked like a curious kitten with all those silly question in Azazel’s eyes. “You can’t…” she looked sullen. ___________ It is my first time writing a novel with dedication and i realized that as easy as it is to make up a story in your head, it is time consuming to write it in reality. Hope anyone who comes across my novel enjoys.

Parenting drug addicted child

The fear of losing a child is one of the most harrowing fears known to any parent. However, when it comes to substance abuse, the fear is just the start of a long and often challenging road. As a parent, you may feel helpless, alone and desperate when you find out your child is addicted to drugs or alcohol. Parenting a drug-addicted child is an excruciatingly painful experience, and navigating the journey can be overwhelming. However, parents mustn't give up, and instead, take steps to support their child's recovery. In this book, we'll cover everything you need to know about parenting a drug-addicted child. Whether you're a parent of a teenager who's struggling with addiction, or an adult with a child who's going through the same, this book will provide valuable insights, strategies and practical advice to help parents navigate their way through this challenging situation. The book is divided into three main sections. The first section covers the basics of addiction, including what it is, how it happens and why it's so difficult to overcome. We'll also discuss how parenting an addicted child is different from parenting a non-addicted child. While traditional parenting techniques may not work for a child struggling with addiction, we'll explore new ways of approaching parenting to support the child through their journey to recovery. In the second section of the book, we'll take a closer look at the challenges that parents of drug-addicted children face. We'll cover everything from the emotional toll that addiction can take on parents, to the financial struggles that often come with seeking treatment for an addicted child. We'll also discuss how relationships can be affected when a child is addicted, and how parents can communicate effectively with their child to maintain a positive relationship throughout the recovery process. The third and final section of the book will focus on practical solutions and strategies for parenting a drug-addicted child. We'll discuss how to recognize the signs of addiction, and how to get help for your child. We'll also provide information about different treatment options, including inpatient and outpatient rehab, detox programs and counselling. Additionally, we'll explore the role that family therapy can play in supporting both the addicted child and their family members through the recovery process. Finally, we'll discuss how parents can take care of themselves while parenting an addicted child, and provide tips for self-care throughout the process. One of the most important things to understand when parenting a drug-addicted child is that you are not alone. Millions of other parents are going through the same thing, and there are resources available to help you. Although it might seem like you're the only parent dealing with this issue, addiction is a disease that affects families from all walks of life. Understanding addiction as a disease is a critical step for parents to take, as it helps to remove the stigma surrounding addiction and allows for a more compassionate approach to treatment. Parenting a drug-addicted child requires patience, understanding, and compassion. It involves navigating a complex and difficult system of resources, treatments and emotions that can take a toll on both the child and the parent alike. With the help of this book, parents can gain the knowledge and tools they need to support their children through their journey to recovery. Whether you're at the beginning of this journey or have been struggling for a while, this book is an invaluable resource for parents hoping to help their children overcome addiction and reclaim their lives.

The supporting character's harem is very normal

Hm... Fantasy battle, smart MC, smart heroins, supper plot twist...etc... are all things that... this novel doesn't have. This place only has... Stupid MC, Normal heroins, normal plot, slice of life and... some sh*t thing. I just want to write what I want no matter how bad it is. ( ' 3') --------------- After going bankrupt, with nothing left in his hands, Lathel died at the age of 50. After his death, a god offered him a chance to go to another world and help the male protagonists. His mission was to solve the problems surrounding the heroines so that the male protagonists could easily get along with them. To be more precise, his job was similar to that of a chef. He would Process the ingredients and cook a sumptuous feast, while the male protagonists just needed to sit at the table and enjoy it. After completing his mission, he was threatened by a stranger. In the face of this threat Lathel just smiled and decided to commit suicide. After he died, those heroines also dropped their facade and revealed their true nature. Lathel once again met the god who helped him. This time, the god allowed him to choose the world he wanted to go to as a gift for completing his task. He then chose a Fantasy world, a place most men dreamt of. However, the Fantasy world had too many people to choose from, moreover the number of main character and antagonist slots were all full. In the end, Lathel accepted to take on the role of an extremely weak supporting character to go to the Fantasy world. However, this time he didn't need to work or help the main character. He just needed to not affect the main character's development. Lathel: “Hm... as long as it doesn't affect the main character... then... Can I make a harem?” God: “Of course.” Lathel: “Hm... so... I just need to avoid the main character's woman.” God: “That's right. You just need to try to survive in that world. Ah! I will give you a system that will help you have a good life in that world. I Hope you enjoy this new life.” Lathel: “Um! So my harem will consist of lackluster women, it seems like a peaceful life is waiting for me.” God: “Hm... not really...” *** See the character's pic here: https://twitter.com/HikaruKiki1111

So far so good I think it's going to be a good story.. can't wait to read more but the English has to improve for proper understanding. There should be proper establishment of who is the female and who is the Male. Like that the communication between the author and the readers will be in one accord.
