Shattering Humanity

With the whole globe snowed over, humans are no longer on top of the ladder. Violent aliens have forced humanity into various locations of hiding, and an evil ancient clan reveals itself. Taking control of sanctuaries all over Earth as Mafia Bosses, Dictators, Conquerors, and other forms of leadership, in an attempt to prove which is the strongest amongst them. After being in hiding for three years, humans have begun to acquire "abilities" just from slaying one of these aliens. Shortly after leaving their sanctuary/apocalypse training academy, two old friends, Katsu and Saku, are matched together not only as an academic team, but choosen by the last surviving "Creator of Humanity". Each one is 'blessed' as the vessels for the universe's contemporary forces and use their unique abilities to achieve their own (secretly combative) goals. Accompanying them is a female descendant of the greatest 'unknown' Scandinavian sword fighter. After being revealed to about her destined lineage, and the lost "mythical" history of her highly respected grandmother from the Viking/Valkyrie Age, Shelly is determined to retrieve all of her slain grandmother's stolen weapons from a both physically and magically gifted covenant of witches. If you have a beloved purpose you can't live without, do you truly have any freedom? If you have complete freedom to do or say whatever you desire, do you truly have any purpose worth caring about? "I'm Sorry"

The General regains his composure and looks around.

GENERAL: "What are you waiting for? Them to pull the triggers themselves?!! FIRE!!!"

All the men around even some above are shooting at the beast. The bullets have no effect and are bouncing off. The creature smiles and lets out an extremely loud shriek. Most soldiers stop shooting and put their hands over their ears. Some pass out and others start to run in fear. When the monster stops it blows out a bluish purple "flame" towards everyone. It engulfs everyone in its vicinity. You can hear men and women screaming in pain.

SOLDIER IN FLAMES: "Ahhhhh!! ITS SOO COLD!! MY SKIN IS FREEZING HELP ME!!!!"

The dragon flies up and spreads more Ice flames. It engulfs more people.

Richie 's portlly body is trying to climb up the steep crater. Dad is at the top with his hand outstretched.

DAD: "COME ON RICH! WE NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE AND TO OUR FAMILIES!"

Richie cannot climb up the dirt wall. Suddenly there is sounds of wind and things falling. Katsu's dad looks up and sees meteors everywhere, 1000s, falling towards the planet. All in the same blue and purple trails.

DAD: "What the hell is going on!?!"

Dad looks back forward and sees the Ice dragon flying towards them.

DAD: "RICHIEEEE!!!!!"

Richie turns his head back half way up and the dragon snatches him with its claws. It pins him to the dirty wall then brings him up. Blood coming from his nose. Slow motion from Richies point of view being brought up and away from Katsu's father. Time goes back to regular pace as the dragon throws Rich into the air,

Richie(last thought): *Shelly... I'm sorry*

Her cute smile in his mind.

DAD: "NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

The dragon crunches down on the pitiful man, whole.

Dad wipes tears from his eyes and runs towards the buses. A driver has already started one and closes the door behind Dad. The driver goes as fast as he can away from the site. Dad looks out the window and sees other buses have done the same. Meteors are falling everywhere around them, some bigger than others. Dad watches as buses get hit with meteors big enough to destroy them.

DAD: "I can't believe this. I have to get home."

The bus is swerving meteors that have already fallen. Katsu's father can see the city all of a sudden the back off the bus is crushed by a meteor. The bus comes to a halt and the driver is outside of the bus, a hole in the glass of the windshield. Dad gets out of the bus and starts running home. A space shot of earth shows the meteors surrounding the planet, from every possible angle, to hit everywhere on the planet.
