Chapter 4 - The Ninja

"I haven't told you yet, but there are four Books of Kaimog, two in kepkury, and two in the Poxus Dimension, so we're gonna have to enter this portal either way if we want to kill the kaidragon" Eungi explained.

"Now you're calling it the kaidragon?" Jun laughed.

"Shorter" Eungi laughed along.

"So... Kepkury is the planet we're on... right?" Mikey asked.

"Yes"

Jun, Mikey, George, and Eungi slowly walk to the Poxus Portal.

"Who's going in first?" Mikey asked.

"I will" Eungi says "I have to see if my theories were true, and that this is indeed.. the poxus dimension"

Jun nods his head as Eungi walks in front of the Portal.

"Here goes nothing" Eungi enters the portal.

Few seconds later Eungi finally makes it in the portal. Eungi's face frightened. Hot air, red, lava lakes and rivers, volcanoes, red dirt, dead trees, cracked grounds, red sky, and horrifying brute screams. Jun and the rest goes through the portal to see everything that Eungi has saw.

"This place.. is like hell" George included.

Then an Omite appears up in the distance through the lava ocean. It was a huge fire dragon in the sky. It has yellow eyes and yellow skin and stood up to about 5 meters and 17 meters lengthy. It's different from the red eyes and red skin, 6 meters height and 20 meters length Oshir.

"What is that!" Mikey shouted in fear.

Everyone looks up "Omite.." Eungi says.

The omite roared very loudly; echoing across poxus and shooting out a hot fire balls out of its mouth.

"What the-!" They all screamed out as the ball nearly reaches them while they dodge it. The huge fire ball exploded on the side of the mountain where the portal was as the portal breaks.

The rest is on the floor as Eungi is standing on the other side.

"The portal, Jun! The portal!" Eungi shouted as Jun is in pain from the fall.

Eungi runs to the others while the oshir gets ready to shoot another ball.

"Uh, anyone got a bow!?" Jun asked loudly as George pulls out his arrow "Only this"

Mikey realized he got a bow "I got a bow!"

He pulled out the bow from his backpack. The omite throws multiple fire balls at once towards the boys.

"Watch out!" Jun screamed out.

Eungi then jumps from the ground and swings the sword's flat side at the fire ball, deflecting the ball back to the omite, damaging it.

"Thanks Eungi" the boys said.

Jun added "That was awesome"

"Thanks" Eungi replied.

Another monster sound from the distance is heard.

"You guys hear that?" Mikey asked as he turns around and sees creatures standing upwards like a Druzel. The creatures started running towards the boys as they all screamed out "Ah!"

"Poxian!!" Eungi shouted.

Poxians have red skin and yellow eyes and stood about 187 centimeters.

Everyone began sprinting through the poxus dimension as more and more poxians began chasing them.

"Holy shit!! Holy fucking shit!!!" George screamed loudly.

They then spot a portal at the distance, not too far from them "Hey! Over there!!" the portal began slowly closing on them while they are running from the poxian.

Everyone realizes it and began running towards the portal before it closes.

Jun is swinging his sword while the slasher spells gush out of the blades and cuts deep through the two poxian's heads as they both fall to the ground.

Everyone else runs inside as more poxians appear.

Everyone is back into the caves; all tired on the floor of the caves, happy to be back in Izuzunu. Everyone breathing heavily.

Eungi shouted on the floor "Jun!"

"Ah!" Jun screamed as he slashes all the poxians, but one was holding onto his foot.

Eungi peaks his head through the closing portal as he shouts "Jun!! Hurry!! Come on!!""

Jun turns around and stabs the poxian in the eyes and runs as fast as he could as the portal gets smaller and smaller.

Eungi puts his head back and waits for Jun.

Jun is still running as he jumps into the portal on time as the portal closes from the other side. It's still opened on Kepkury though.

Jun falls onto the ground in the caves while jumping through the portal and stood up quickly.

Everyone was out of breath as George shouted out "Let's never do that again!"

RISE OF IZUZUNU

VOLUME 1, CHAPTER 4, THE NINJA

IZUZUNU

Running back to the town Jun spots the rest of the citizens building.

Jun jogging back to town spotted Edison and the rest "I have to tell you guys something"

Everyone following Jun back to the house.

Moments later "Everything about the monsters of this world" He said to the humans and some Druzels who didn't know.

After explaining everything about the brutes to his friend. "So... this world that we live in.. is consumed by almost a million of these brutes that some girl from that village told you?" Kyle asked.

"That is exactly what he's saying" Edison agreed.

"Yes, but we don't know why we, us humans are here if we're supposed to be in Novishi" Jun included also.

Everyone sat in silence in Jun's living room. It's strange to Jun and the rest.

"What do you guys call this world again? This planet?" Jun asked.

Everyone looks at Eungi and the Druzels, waiting for an answer.

"Kepkury" Eungi answered.

"Kepkury, huh?" Jun says.

"Anyways, me, Eungi, and those two kids" Jun pointed at George and Mikey "went to the Poxus Dimension and it was terrible"

"What!!?" the druzels shouted.

"What's that?" Kyle asked.

"It's a different dimension. Very different from Kepkury. It's very hot and.... red" Eungi explained as George adds "Like hell"

"We need to find the four Books of Kaimog" Eungi announced "Because Jun and our team will kill the Kaidragon!"

Everyone gasps "You're fighting the dragon!?" "You know how dangerous that is!!?"

"We know" Eungi says "But we're gonna risk it all.... for your lives"

HOURS LATER

A few hours later, Jun is walking around the town as he spots the new citizen, Chloe, working on her house with a few druzels.

"Building a new house I see" Jun smiled.

"Yeah, well actually, I've been thinking of making a big farm around my house and a barn" Chloe explained to Jun.

"You want to be a farmer?" Jun asked.

She continues building "Yeah"

Jun smiles "I recently finished my house as you can see on top of that hill" he points behind him at a hill with a two story house.

Chloe looked up at it "Wow" she smiled "That's a cool house. You should come visit mine when I'm finished! It's gonna be mostly underground which will also be very cool" she laughed

Jun smiled "Yeah! I'm down!"

After that, Chloe got back to working "You seem busy, I should go now" Jun turned around.

"This is looking like a great town now" Jun said to himself.

"Yo what up" Edison greeted Jun.

"Hey, how's everything going?" Jun asked.

Edison explained his new house he is making underground "I'm making a house for me; it will be underground instead of on top of land. Here I'll show you"

Edison takes Jun to the side of the creek.

"My house is sort of secretive so please, do not show this to anyone" Edison wanted Jun to keep his house a secret.

Edison opens his house doors underground. It is totally camouflaged under the water.

"Woah" Jun was amazed.

"Welcome to the Edison Household!" Edison said.

"This is awesome" Jun complimented Edison's house.

"I have something funny I wanted to do" Edison smiled and laughs "I was thinking of pranking Chloe. You know... since she's the newest"

Jun was confused "Aren't you all the newest? You guys came the same day"

"Whatever, anyways yeah" Edison continued.

Jun laughs along with him "So pranking? How?"

"Maybe... oh! I heard she loves her sheeps a lot. We could maybe steal her sheeps and hide them somewhere. Then, maybe making it a little more extreme. We can shear her sheep's wool and put it on the floors of her barn with red liquid to look like blood so she will think we killed them. Hahahaha!!"

"Oh hell yeah!" Jun laughed along.

Jun thought this would be fun mainly because he's been stressing about everything else recently.

LATER, THE EVENING

It is near dark. Jun and Edison has successfully stolen and sheared the sheeps. Chloe went out to adventure around the world.

Mikey and George was into the prank too.

"Now we just wait until she comes home" Edison said. They all left the barn to go do their own things.

"Hahaha, this should be fun" Jun smiled.

While Jun was walking back to his house to go to bed, someone suddenly walks in front of him and stops.

It is dark outside, and no one is around him except this boy. He looked like.. a ninja; all covered.

"Who are you?" Jun asked the unknown boy.

"Who are you?" The boy replied to Jun with the same question.

The boy pulls out his sword from his back.

"Woah woah woah. I mean no harm-" Jun was interrupted after the boy swings his sword at Jun.

Jun quickly dodges the attacks as he pulls out his sword.

Jun shouted "Hey! Stop it! I wasn-"

"Shut up! I know what you did!" The boy shouted as he jumps to the sky and does a couple of flips and lands an attack on Jun's shoulders "Gah!" Jun screamed. The boy pulls out his sword as Jun's blood began dripping and spreading to the floors.

Jun backs away while holding his shoulders "I didn't do anything!" Jun shouted at the boy.

"You know what you did!" The boy comes running to Jun and hits Jun's sword "cling" the sword lands on each other. He held the sword on his right hands because his left shoulders were injured.

Jun and the boy stares at each other in the eyes "What do you want from me?" Jun angrily asks.

"You killed my master's family!" The boy shouted and kicks Jun's hips.

He falls to the floor. Jun blocks the boy's attacks with his sword.

They then went on a full fight "cling" "slash" "cling" "slash" the swords collide with each other's sides.

Jun quickly dashes away from him "I didn't kill anyone! I just- I woke up a few days ago not remembering a single thing in my lifetime!"

"What?" The boy asked.

"I woke up in this world not remembering a single thing! All that I can remember is my name, age, race, and this language!" He falls to the floor in pain, blood dripping from his shoulders.

The boy puts his sword away. "Wrong guy again!" The boy uttered.

The boy walk to Jun and takes his hand out "Get up"

Jun grabs his hands and gets off the floor. "My name is Coen Kim. And I'm from Novishi"

"So you're a human too?" Jun asked.

"Yes, but... I ran away from Novishi because of my parent's death. I was around 7 years old when I escaped Novishi and took a boat to the continent of Uapeisios. I ran around until I've found a kingdom, a big kingdom. There they gave me food, a house, and even taught me how to fight. I then worked for the King. He sent me on a mission to kill the man who murdered the his family. The king said he only knows that the man has straight black hair and long bangs that can nearly cover his brown eyes and is also a human, but a human from Novishi" Coen explained to Jun.

"I'm sorry.. but I'm not the man who murdered his family" Jun says and also asked "And what the hell is Uapeisios?"

"Uapeisios is a continent on Kepkury, which is the continent we're on right now. It's in the west of the Kepkurian map" Coen explained and continued talking "He also had a favorite niece, the king. Her name was Summer. He said... she was always good at fighting because he would always teach her how to fight" Coen said.

Jun didn't understand why he told him that.

"Anyways-" Coen tried to continue "Wait... has the Novishians been sending humans out in the world for any reasons?" Jun asked.

"No" Coen says "Novishians would never allow their people to go beyond the borders of Novishi.. But I do know one thing about humans and it's that they're not from this planet at all"

"I... see" Jun asked "So... we aren't from Novishi... but somewhere else... where?..." Jun said in his head.

"Anyways, let's take you to your house and treat your wounds now!" Coen suggested.

"Yes, let's definitely do that" Jun agreed.

Slowly walking down the paths as the moonlight shines on Izuzunu.

THE NEXT DAY

The next day arrives as Jun wakes up to the sounds of the Druzels building a new building. It looks like a Skyscraper. Jun soon realizes that his shoulders are still wounded and in pain "Ouch!" Jun shouted.

He looks down at his shoulders. "So that was real?" Jun said to himself.

He looks out the window and sees a familiar person.

Silence broke in for a second as he realizes "Coen!?" Jun shouted.

Jun hides his bandages and gets out of his bed and dashes through the halls of his house.

Jun makes it to the skyscraper and looked up "Coen!?"

"Oh! How's it going, Jun?" Coen greeted.

"I thought you're on your little mission thingy" Jun thought.

"Yes, but you know, still got a few more days until I have to go" Coen answered.

"I see" Jun looked down and back up "Alright, have fun then"

"I will" He smiled.

"Yeah you can stay here, after stabbing me in my shoulders" Jun walked off.

He goes up to his house and looks at Izuzunu.

"This place is looking wonderful" Jun said.

"I know right" Mikey and George pops out of nowhere.

"Bro, come check out our house" George and Mikey exclaimed "Yeah!"

"Nice... house" Jun said to George.

"Yeah, I've spent some time on this masterpiece! I gotta say, this is the best house in this country!" George shouted happily.

Jun doesn't agree and scoffed.

"Now check out my house!" Mikey opens the door to his basement. Mikey lives underground.

"Wow- Wait- Why's there so many cookers!" Jun shouted.

The room was full of holes with wood and sticks inside surrounding the place. "Heheheh" Mikey chuckles.

"Yeah.. this is the best house" Jun jokingly says.

"Have you seen Kyle though?" Jun asked.

Jun meets Kyle at his house "Hey Jun" Kyle said.

"Yeah hey! I was just wondering, where is your house?"

"Oh yeah, over there, follow me." Kyle told Jun.

Both of them walks down the stairs from Jun's house to Kyle's.

He opens the door "What.. It's empty"

Kyle included "Yeah, I'm not moving in yet"

"Oh I see" Jun sees.

"Yo! Jun! Your citizens are very friendly!" Coen jumps from the skyscraper "I love this place, this new.. what do you call it? Izuzunu place of yours"

"Yes, yes, it is very lovely here" Jun said while his face turned into a grumpy one.

"Hey Jun, you think we should build a school?" Edison asks.

"A what?"

"A school"

"What is that?" Jun asked.

"What? You don't know what a school is?" Edison replied "A school is a place where people can learn new stuff! Like math! and Science!" Edison explained.

"Ohhh, I understand what you mean" Jun finally understands "Alright, I'll help you make it"

"What the hell is wrong with you guys!" Chloe shouted "You killed my sheeps!?"

Jun and Edison both turned their head "Oops"

DOOM BRIGADE PRIME BASE

"Izuzunu.. the tenth richest country in the world. It's only been a few days!" Lord Piller throws the papers.

"Yeah" Keneth replies.

Keneth is also Lord Piller's friend, the Leader of the Archerers. His skin tone is blue, like the rest of their kind. Their species is called the Kalkruts. Some Kalkruts are evil, and some are good, but 49 years ago, most of the good Kalkruts were turned into evil. Now lies the current Kalkruts. The Doomgaders.

"Keneth! Orone!" Lord Piller shouted.

The two run into the building.

"Yeah what is it?" They asked.

Lord Piller replied "Let's take a visit to Izuzunu.. and show them who the real rulers are"

All of the Doomgaders and the two friends saluted.

They then shouted "All Hail Lord Piller!" "Hail Lord Piller!" "Hail Lord Piller!"

"Okay, this.. this is our opportunity.. to kill off the Izuzunians!"
