Chapter 414: Tag is not fun

I got back to my bonds in a bit of a good mood and it shows as they all gave me strange looks.

"Lemme guess, Lia is pregnant too?" Diana asked

"Why is that everyone's first thought? I'm not that irresponsible, and we do not have sex every night we sleep. Kenny is alive."

"Wait isn't that the name of one of your siblings?" Stella asked

"He's alive, that's all that matters. I sense no magic traces or anything on him that makes it that he's being mind controlled, Zach will check his soul to make extra sure. Chaos seems to make light of us by sending him, well I'll make that bitch regret it."

"Will he even be able to use magic?" Stella asked "I went to your previous world, it's quite impossible to even put an artificial mana core in one."

"Zach said he can, but it'll be around the yellow or mid orange stage at most. It would be easier if Kenny was a vampire, but Kenny have no desire to become one, so best thing we can use him for is his brain. He can also help support with his abilities if necessary. How's our progress?"

"Several more worlds." Pegasus answered "I can sense the worlds where's he has previously been, so we need to narrow them all down till we find the one but we're close."

It took us about 2 days but we arrived in a world where Arion was at and all of us used spatial magic to surround this whole planet with a spatial field to block warping from being possible, but even then, Pegasus said that it would only slow Arion down from forming a portal.

"Perseus, get on my back." Pegasus requested "My brother should be able to sense me, your bonds can follow afterwards, you are currently the fastest person who has a very slight chance of catching him."

I then got on him and create a bridle made of aura to hold onto him as he flies, he's definitely fast as he flew through the air at his top speed, and I'm only a decent way faster than him if I run on foot without magic.

It didn't take us long till we see Arion, he's about 177 cm tall, has dark brown fur with a black mane and tail. And his speed was a fricking blur, Pegasus seems to try to communicate with him after we landed and I got off, but Arion doesn't seem to listen and quickly run off.

"He said that he'll listen to you if we manage to catch him and hold him down for more than 10 seconds." Pegasus said "But you saw that speed."

"I know." I then applied many spells on me to help boost my speed and ran after Arion, for a moment, I thought that I caught up, he then disappeared within my very eyes. I stopped and looked around but I can't even sense his presence which was impossible, but the next second, he appeared and used both his back legs to kick me in the face, I flew far away dragging the ground a bit and I crash against a mountain causing an avalanche..

It didn't really hurt thanks to the stupid curse, but it sure would've been fatal if it wasn't for it. Pegasus flew to my side as I got up from several meters of snow.

"Well you tried, and that's all that matters." he said

"You know, for the first immortal pegasus, you're a bit of a dick."

"I was being nice. And all I'm asking in return are just apple pies, people would kill just to be with me for a day."

-How do we capture the flash? It's said that the cold would slow him down, but that also goes the same with us, and if he really is like the flash, wouldn't he also be able to outrun death?-

-Well you forget one thing.- Dabria pointed out -Gods or not, everyone has a weakness, keep him running, he'll heat up to the point where it'll be unbearable for him, he needs rest then.-

-Well what's stopping him from just kicking us to death?- Siege asked -Not all of us here are invulnerable.-

-Well become a god, then it'll increase your chances.- Dabria suggested

-No thanks.-

We then spends literal days trying to capture that stupid horse, Cain with his hundred years of wisdom also ran out of ideas, if Arion was mortal, hunger would be a problem with the amount of calories he burns. We tried tripping him and everything, we even got desperate enough to do one of those cartoon traps where you put food under a box that is held by a stick and you pull it to capture him, but nothing.

"He's optional, right?" Stella panted "Oh my god, this is tiring, he just phases through everything, nothing works."

"Screw my parents at this point, that horse in tiring me out." Cain complained

"We did got one punch in, it slowed him down a fair bit, still not slow enough for us to catch him though. I tired stopping time, it stopped him for a bout 2 seconds before he can move in that."

"There's a good reason why he hasn't been conquered yet, you know. But unlike you Perseus, he has his limits, you the prophesized savior doesn't, I'd say that in a decade, you'll be the fastest being alive."

"Do I have to start of every chapter claiming to be the fastest man only to just have some supervillain who is somehow aster than me, so I then spend the rest of the arc to become faster than them only to be out sped again the next arc?"

-You need to touch some grass.- Dabria responded

-I would, but this world is most ice and snow and extremely cold water. SO no grass would thrive here, life doesn't exist here. Literally. This world is too cold, if we have no magic, we would've been dead already.-

"Dad, does this world reminds you of that time you and Kelly have to warm each other up?" Amora joked

"You're grounded."

"You can't ground me, I'm a grown woman now."

"I'll take away your dessert privileges then."

"Wait, I was joking, I'm sorry!"
