Chapter 206: Celestials

"Neelofar, huh. Hard to get in without getting detected" Arthur commented as he arrived in the underwater kingdom "Now where is the royal forge?"

1st person view

Marella called me to say that she has some warnings and wanted to talk to me and my bonds in person. Diana insisted to stay behind with Damon, so the rest of us came to Neelofar.

Marella is apparently sleeping at the palace as a guest to catch up with the queen. We then went to Cordelia's bedroom and I then used 'hush' in order to not leak out any information.

"Well what is so urgent that you need all of us here?"

"I have a question first, isn't your first night in this room?" Marella asked "I want to sit on the bed, but it'll be weird"

"I used magic to washed it thoroughly, you can sit"

"Well jokes aside" Marella said as she sat on the bed "I used my powers to seek a few advice from the future just to see what I can do to help my future son in law, you're planning on becoming a celestial, aren't you?"

"Seers really are scary. Heh."

"You don't have to worry, I couldn't even predict or see anything about you until I made physical contact with you, so no other seers can and only people in this room will know this" she reassured "But this time it says 'The prince shall face the descents of gods after becoming a celestial' and 'He shall receive an unexpected help' "

"2 separate ones?"

"Yes" Marella nodded "First time that it happens too, I never heard any other seer experienced the same thing either"

"What's a celestial?" Lia asked

"The strongest beings second only to the gods" Nova answered as he appeared "Some call them angels, but they are not. To become one, one must be a pure corrupted first."

"Yes, that is true, we only knew about it after Zach, who told us about it" Dabria joined in as she appeared in her mortal form "As a celestial plus spatial magic, he'll be able to traverse across several worlds"

"Yeah, she's technically under 400 where information like this are forbidden unless she learn of them without any help from other gods, in this case, she learned it from a reincarnate" Nova chuckled

"Yeah, that's our ultimate goal. To become a celestial, you need to even have to wait for the right timing to get all the items needed. And in a super cliché protagonist fashion, I am born during the right time"

"Seriously, what do you see in him?" Dabria asked

"I asked her that so many times, trust me"

"Well if I say that he's cute, would that satisfy as an answer" Lia replied with a grin

"Well leaving all that aside...unexpected help? By then, we'll have everything we need, and if it comes to a fight, why would I need that? Zach would be there and the rest of the organization would be too."

"Yeah, unexpected? Even if I help, I wouldn't call it unexpected either" Nova nodded "So what kind of unexpected help?"

"Albert and the remaining guardians maybe?" Siege suggested

"Eh, not really"

"Colden? Or maybe your father?" Ace added

"Definitely no" Dabria responded "He has already done enough, intervening in a fight would cause him only unnecessary trouble. And gods have many children living in different worlds, showing favoritism isn't a god's thing to do"

"Isn't Perseus technically your favorite?" Nova pointed out "I mean, you talk to him everyday"

"Yeah, she really warmed up to him" Ace chuckled "She's still cold sometimes though, especially after all the times Perseus forced his way into her dreams"

"I did the same to Eliza, bad idea though. She was dreaming about relaxing in a hot spring and you guys can guess how that goes"

"You just admitted to being a pervert" Dabria commented

"And cheating on my daughter" Marella added

"Why can't you guys just think of it as an unlucky accident?! She was a bit angry, but forgave me in the end"

"No wonder you gave her that free coupon for a week worth of free food" Ace gasped "You don't like giving away free things"

"Well what do you plan to do after you return from your pre-" Lia asked but was interrupted as Marella started to groan in pain while clutching her head

I started to feel something too, as I felt like I could no longer breathe with my heart pumping harder than before. My chest felt intense pain, its level is around the same time as I turned into a dhampir.

"Mom! Perseus!" Lia tried to rush to her mom but stopped in her tracks once she saw me clutching my chest, I couldn't even speak.

The pain went away after a few minutes. Marella rested on the bed as i was rubbing my chest to soothe the earlier pain, Dabria was checking on me, but it looks like she's as clueless as everyone else.

"Brother?" Dabria asked

"Nothing, even for Marella. Maybe it's just a huge coincidence" Nova suggested

"My life is intertwined with him" Dabria pointed at me "And not in a good way, there's no such things as coincidences"

-Do we need to come to you?- Diana asked as she just got briefed about what happened

-No, you can stay there. I think I'm okay now-

-You think?!- Damon repeated

-Just stay there with your parents, I'm the protagonist, I don't die-

-Well...that's not always the case- Siege commented

-I don't think that it's the right time to say that- Ace responded

"That never happened before, I heard a phrase without needing to ask for it" Marella said "Did you hear it too?"

"No, it feels really weird. My heart was pumping so fast and I got a feeling that tells that something or someone is close, but very very weird."

"Well I sense nothing unusual" Nova said "What did you hear?"

"It just says 'The prince need to see them as they are the scholar's clue' " Marella answered "All that pain for a stupid sentence like that?"

"Let's just go to my parents house and have dinner there. You've been eating too many fancy food anyway, you can probably change it up"

I warped home but in front of the house's door were 2 unfamiliar guests, 2 young adults arguing intensely, 1 boy and 1 girl.

"...Well where else would he be?! He doesn't live there yet, so this is the best place" the girl said

"Shouldn't the palace be a better place?!" the boy countered

"Well we're here now, we'll go there after" the girl sigh

"Um can I help you?" I interrupted "This is the Silver's household"

They then turned to me in shock, my heart started pumping again as their eyes widened.

"Dad!" they both yelled
