"Wataru! Did you finish filing the documents that I gave you?!" asked a bald middle aged men.

"Yes manager, I've finished filing the documents you gave me earlier. Can I go home now?" replied a young man in his twenties.

"Good job! But you should finish editing these documents before you can head home." replied the manager in his overbearing voice.

(1st person pov)

"Bastard." I mumbled.

"Huh? Did you say something?" asked the manager.

"No, nothing I said I will finish up the work in no time manager!" I replied.

"Good that's the spirt! After you finish your work you can submit it on my table. I will head to home now."

"Okay, take care manager." I replied. I sincerely hope that you will die manager.

After the manager left I banged my fist on the table.

This bastard manger always dumps his workload on me and says it is to train my abilities.

Well it looks like I will work overtime, I might as well laze of for sometime before I do the work.

I was always the type of guy to just go with the flow after all.

"Hehe human, are you surprised?" Suddenly I heard a voiced behind me that sounds half feminine and half masculine.

I felt my hair on skin stand at the voice and didn't dare to turn around.

"W-who are yo-you?!" I asked in a shivering voice.

"Don't be scared after all this is the consequence of your own action." The voice stated.

The consequence of my action?! What does this mean?

"Was it because of the notification?!" I asked in an agitated voice.

"Correct answer human." The voice replied me in an somewhat exited tone.

What is the notification you ask? It was quite simple all it stated was "don't press this" and of course I pressed it.

Damn it me and my stupid brain. I can only blame myself I guess.

"So what now? Am I going to hell or something?" I asked in a calm tone after all there was nothing I could do now.

"That depends on your luck human. I will now summon a wheel that will decide your fate now."

"Fate? That thing exists?" I asked still showing my back to whatever this voice is. After all I don't know if this is like omniscient viewer's reading point where if I just simply look at some higher-ranking constellation, my entire existence gets obliterated.

"You are not qualified to ask me questions human." The voice replied in an arrogant voice.

Suddenly before my eyes a large wheel appeared. I could only describe this wheel as the wheel that would grant some lucky prizes. Yeah it's that type of wheel.

"This wheel decides whether you live or die. Whether you go to hell or heaven. Whether you get reincarnated or transmigrated etc." The voice stated

"So now without further ado, we will decide your fate!" So It looks like my opinion doesn't matter.

The huge wheel quickly spun and within a second it stoped.

"Unfamiliar ceiling…" I muttered the cliche line after regaining my consciousness.

At the brief moment I lost consciousness, I also got Helmeppo's memories. At least it didn't affect me much it was just like watching a movie except much longer and remembering some details clearer.
