Reincarnated as Ninetales in Boruto

I woke up with a splitting headache. It was so bad that I wanted to lie down and not do anything, but I saw myself in an unfamiliar environment. I tried to walk around but I kept on falling. I got up and noticed I have paws instead of hands. I was about to panic before I got a fresh batch of memories. It turns out I had died and gotten reborn.

-Flashback-

My name is Sam and I was running an errand with my brother who I had gotten annoyed. He was completely ignoring me and to make matters worse he blocked me out by listening to music with his headphones. He kept on walking farther away from me. I tried catching up to him only to notice the car, that was seemingly out of control, going at high speed towards me. Before I could jump out of the way, I got hit. My entire body was thrown across the street and crashed into a tree. It was actually funny......... I've always wanted to be in an accident but now that I had one I kinda wished I had seen that car earlier.

I was slowly losing consciousness. With all my strength I turned to look at my brother only to see him walking, not knowing his younger sister was going to die in an accident. People all around were screaming, some looking at me in pity and some were taking pictures but none bothered to call an ambulance. I cursed them in my mind as I slowly drifted into darkness.

I later awoke to find myself in a dark void. I immediately became self aware, then the surroundings changed to a white environment. I then felt someone looking at me. I turned to see a man who looked like he was in his sixties looking at me. He had a aura that was saying 'I am full of wisdom and super powerful. Mess with me and I put you in your grave'. I got scared instantly before he said " This is embarrassing and rather awkward. The car that hit you was meant for your brother and not you. Little one I am rather sorry since you died in your brothers place so......... you get to be reincarnated or transmigrated, anyone you want but in a different world".

Me: ............

God: ..........

Me: ............

God: .......... Um child, are you oka.....

I started jumping around in my body or is it I started jumping around with my soul.....wait can souls jump?. I turned around to see God staring at me. I immediately looked down ashamed. He then burst out laughing and said "It seems you like the option so which do you want?". I immediately picked reincarnation and said " If it's not too much can you reincarnate me into Naruto as Ninetales from Pokemon and also enable me to use my Pokemon moves and ninjustu?". He looked at me amused and said "Since your karma is enough I can allow it but I have no power to decide which part of the world you will reincarnate, are you okay with this?". I nodded my head repeatedly and he said " You will soon be reincarnated and try not to die soon. I would want our encounter to be after a long time". Before I could reply, a multi colored portal opened behind me and sucked me into it.

After sorting through what had happened I looked at myself and found out I was a little taller than the average height for a Ninetales, which is usually 3'7", I was kinda around 3'9". I then started to try and familiarize myself with walking on all fours. It was kinda easy. I tried running about but I fell and got a few scratches. When I had gotten the hang of walking and runn....*cough* I mean jogging, I tried to find out which part of the continent I was in. After walking for a good distance, I saw something a few metres ahead of me. I slowly walked and tried to conceal myself as much as possible. When I was close enough, I saw what seems to be a village, but it was not just any village.......... It was the village hidden in stone. I WAS IN THE LAND OF EARTH.
