At age five carl's whole family was murdered by burglars while he was hidden in a closet, thanks to such a traumatizing event Carl strives to graduate from detective school at the age of Twenty five, becoming a detective and deciding to keep the streets clean with the help of his partner Jones maclain, who happened to live with Carl but was absent at the time of Carl's parents murder having been sent out by Dana for bad behavior. four years later the streets stay neat until in their journey to get rid of crimes and in an unpredictable turn of events Carl meets the man who murdered his whole family, this encounter leads Carl into a bizarre world of con artists, assassins, deadly criminals, drug Lords and power drunk syndicates.
