Monster in the Mirror

After a devastating affair with his secretary, Craig Anderson decides to leave the past behind, and salvage his ruined marriage. The Edison family moves to Saldanha Bay, a small town on the West Coast of South Africa after Craig accepted a lucrative job offer. Here they encounter various experiences linked to witchcraft and Satanism. They also discover a battered ruin on a hill just out of town. According to legend, Vikings constructed it when their ship went off course and got smashed against the rocks with no way to return home again. Craig is drawn back to his past weakness when he is introduced to his boss’s secretary, Pamela Jenson. Craig’s daughter, Emily has vivid dreams about the ruin on the hill where she bears witness to the Vikings burying something of great power. Craig realises something is wrong in town when none of the incidents are mentioned in any of the newspapers. The twin brothers Patrick and Andrew Edison soon become targets by a group of Satanists in school. Craig learns that his neighbour, Brian Kensington has an acute gift and that things are far more sinister in town than he originally thought. Norman James Hayward, known as Numbers is released from jail after his 2-year sentence and discovers that the Edison’s bought the old house he grew up in. Craig learns that he is a decedent of the north and that one of his children can banish evil. Andrew hears voices and soon finds an ancient relic of great power hidden near the ruin on the hill which changes his behaviour. The Edison family becomes the target of the satanic cult led by Norman and a senior from school, Victor Satow. Andrew accepts his newfound power and learns that the police can’t be trusted. An old grave is unearthed and a dark entity ascends from hell to destroy a power that is a part of Andrew. Craig confronts some of the cult members and is left for dead after they have beaten him up, and cursed him the same way as his colleague, Ferris Long. Craig finds Ferris dead, and he knows he would be next. Craig’s wife, Sarah is injured when she is kidnapped by Victor and Norman. Andrew finds out about the cult’s secret gathering place in an abandoned warehouse just out of town. Sarah escapes from the garage where she is held captive. Andrew learns that his brother, Patrick has the ability to banish evil with the relic he found on the hill. Sarah pleads for them to leave town, but Craig tells her he had been cursed and the evil has to be stopped. Andrew asks his family and friends to stay with Brian for their own protection, but Pamela knows where they are hiding. Andrew confronts the cult members inside the warehouse when Norman and Victor escape. Patrick is about to close the portal to hell when they are confronted by Norman and Victor, only Norman is possessed and no longer human. In the meantime, Pamela is on a quest to kill Sarah and Emily. Andrew, Patrick and Craig are losing the battle, because the evil is too strong. They are on the brink of death when Patrick gets the relic to the portal. Andrew kills Norman, and they have to get away in time as the portal collapsed. Craig wakes up in a hospital where he receives a visit from a police inspector, Morgan who had found horrific evidence in a certain basement. He thanks Craig for his help and offers his protection. Andrew is visited by the Viking warrior phantoms and learns a great deal about himself and the divine science. Delmar and Emily now in a relationship come back from the beach where they are being watched by a man in a brown robe. He is wearing a ring with the mark of the beast.

MCU: One For All

Dying to save someone may seem like a cliche or a trope...but sadly it's a rare thing. To see that type of selfless sacrifice is, like I said, rare. Not many people would willingly defend another human from some crazed maniac wielding a knife. And why would you? What would you gain? A momentarily inflated ego because you helped someone? Maybe you'd even do it for monetary rewards? You'd have to be stupid to not do it with ulterior motives in mind. But what if instead of being stupid, a certain teenager was just...nice. Nice enough to help. Nice enough to be selfless enough to put himself at risk. Most all, just optimistic enough to go up against someone wielding a knife and expect to come out alive. This teenager was called...well, it doesn't really matter what his name is. His parents died when he was too young to even remember their faces, so he was raised by his grandparents. They instilled in him good morals but also a realistic outlook on the world, to make sure he wasn't blinded by the incorrect notion that the world is as simple as white and black, good and evil. This is what caused him to help that person. Because it was the right thing to do. Sadly, something being the right thing to do doesn't make it easy. On the contrary, it usually ends up being harder. Which is how the young man ended up dying with a knife stuck deep in his gut. Soon, everything went black. But then the light came back and the teen found himself in a child's body. That's when the memories came flooding back...and the person next to him, this new body's mother, called out his name, "James..." (A/N - Right, let me get this out of the way: If you don't like Hero MC's, you should turn away now. I'm sick and tired of reading about edge lord MC's who think they're god's gift to the Earth and have zero empathy for other people. This story is about a good-natured young man, trying his best to help make the world a better, safer place. Though, like I said before, he won't be disillusioned with the world. He won't think he's infallible - he'll acknowledge the unfairness of the whole 'Heroes and Villains' thing and how certain people are pushed in either direction purely off of their circumstances and who they are or who their family/parents are. Most of all, he won't be a blatant hypocrite. For reference, the MC has One For All without the extra Quirks but with a passive bonus to his physique instead.)

From Blood to Ash

In the 18th century of Silverwood Manor, there is a beautiful girl known as Dominique Laurent, Domi for short. Dominique Laurent stands with an elegance of her navy blue hair, meticulously arranged in a high ponytail. Adding a touch of boldness to her demeanour. Her black shimmery hues of her eyes reflect the grace and depth of her character. She always had a great life in terms of owning both money and looks, since a little girl. One day in Silverwood Manor, tragedy struck upon Domi in the Laurent family. Dominique, once used to a life of privilege, found herself facing the harsh reality of loss and chaos. The echoes of grief floats through the grand halls that were once filled with laughter and joy. Domi found herself signing a contract with a vampire to help her situation, in exchange for her blood. The vampire goes by Viktor Stormgrave. His beautiful long pink moving along the wind, casting a beautiful pink shine from the midnight moonlight. Creating an ethereal contrast against his pale porcelain skin. His crystal pink eyes, like rare gems, captivate with a unique allure. He stood gracefully with a meticulously tailored suit. As Dominique and Viktor spent more time together, a strange and unexpected bond formed between them. Viktor, with his mysterious charm and centuries of experience, proved to be a more than a friend for Dominique in her troubled days. The silver moonlight witnessed their chemistry together in the enchanting gardens of Silverwood Manor, where their connection deepened.
