Kozuki Kira's life ended abruptly on an ordinary day in a supermarket while he was shopping for snacks. Walking through the bustling streets, he was caught in the middle of a divine mistake—a misdirected strike from Azrael, an angel of death. Struck down unexpectedly, Kira found himself in an ethereal limbo, his soul separated from his body.

In the celestial realm, Azrael stood before the Almighty, trembling. "My Lord, I have made a grievous error. Kozuki Kira was not meant to die today."

God, omnipotent and merciful, looked down upon Kira's soul with compassion. "Fear not, Azrael. Every soul is precious, and Kira deserves compensation for this untimely demise. Kira, you shall have three wishes granted, and you may choose the world you wish to reincarnate into. However we must make haste as your soul cannot handle the power of this realm"

Kira, bewildered yet determined, bowed respectfully. "Thank you, Almighty. For my first wish, I desire a system that grants rewards for completing missions."

God nodded, granting the wish. "It shall be done. Your second wish?"

Kira continued, "I wish to be reborn with the powers of Cadis Etrama di Raizel."

"Granted. Your final wish?" God inquired.

"I wish to have the ability to transform into King Ghidorah from the Monsterverse."

With a benevolent smile, God granted the third wish. "Your wishes are fulfilled. You shall retain all your memories in your new life. Now, where would you like to be reborn?"

Without hesitation, Kira replied, "I wish to be reborn in the world of Naruto."

"So be it," God declared, and with a divine gesture, Kira's soul descended into the mortal realm once more.

...

Kira awoke to find himself in the body of a newborn, lying in the Hyuga clan compound. His father, a proud Hyuga, looked down at him with a mix of sorrow and resignation. His mother, Kozuki Ayame, held him close, tears streaming down her face. Kira did not have the Byakugan but he had the red eyes like the Yuhi Clan. Did was a trait of the Kozuki Clan.

The Hyuga patriarch, stern and unyielding, examined Kira with disdain. "He lacks the Byakugan. He is not one of us."

Handing a pouch of coins to Ayame, he declared, "This will be sufficient for raising him. The Hyuga clan has no place for a half-blood."

Ayame, heartbroken and humiliated, vowed, "I will not bother the Hyuga clan again. But mark my words, my son will be the strongest ninja alive!"

Little Kira, though a mere infant, was fully aware of the disdain shown towards his mother. He resolved to prove them wrong.

Ayame, the granddaughter of the Kozuki clan head, knew that despite the rejection, Kira would never lack familial love. She returned to the Kozuki compound, determined to raise her son with strength and dignity.

Four years passed, and Kira grew up in the Kozuki clan, honing his skills under his mother's watchful eye. Ayame trained him in chakra control through meditation, instilling discipline and focus in the young boy.

One serene morning, as Kira meditated in the tranquil garden of the Kozuki compound, he felt a sudden surge of energy within him. His vision blurred, and a series of texts appeared before his eyes:

```
[System Booting...]
[Initializing...]
[Welcome to Amatsukami System]
[Mission: Become the God of the Shinobi World]
[Rewards will be issued for completed missions]
[Beginner's Starter Pack Unlocked: Water Breathing Technique, Poneglyphs, Rokushiki, Demon Slayer Uniform]
```

Kira's heart raced with excitement. The Amatsukami system had finally activated. He felt a surge of power coursing through his veins, a testament to the divine gifts he had received. His path to greatness had begun, and he was ready to conquer any challenge that lay ahead.

Kira opened the system interface to inspect his starter pack. The first item, the Water Breathing technique from the Demon Slayer universe, offered him a powerful new fighting style. He could already feel the water's flow within him, enhancing his movements and attacks.

The second item, Poneglyphs from the world of One Piece, came with an intriguing message: "How dare you rise to godhood when you are without history? Use the Poneglyphs to forge the history of the Kami of Heaven." Kira understood the significance—his legacy would be immortalized, and he would create a legend that would be remembered for all time.

The third item, Rokushiki (Six Powers) from the world of One Piece, learning these would grant him extraordinary physical abilities. Mastery of techniques like Soru, Geppo, and Tekkai would make him a formidable opponent in combat, enhancing his versatility and strength.

The final item was a Demon Slayer uniform, tailored specifically for him. Unlike Tanjiro's green and black checkered pattern, Kira's coat was black and red, symbolizing his unique journey and the fiery determination within him.

Holding the uniform, Kira felt a sense of pride and destiny. He donned the coat, feeling the power and responsibility it represented. "Thank you, system. This is more than I could have ever hoped for." Kira was really thankful, in his previous life he was abused by his parents. He ran from home at the age of 9 to fend for himself, he was finally taken in by an old man who lived by himself and was adopted. Although this old man passed away when kira graduated from University, Kira was thankful yet sad as he never repaid the old man's kindness. In this life, Kira was already abandoned by his father but he at least had a loving mother and grandfather as well.

The system responded with a gentle chime:

```
[You are welcome, Kozuki Kira. Your journey to godhood begins now. Complete missions, grow stronger, and fulfill your destiny.]
`` After this notification, the system because cold as if it has lost the only thing that made it closer to human. It now sounded robotic.
With his new abilities and tools, Kira's training intensified. Ayame, noticing the remarkable progress her son was making, continued to support and guide him. His chakra control was exceptional, and his physical abilities were rapidly surpassing those of his peers.
The system provided missions, each designed to test and strengthen Kira. Simple tasks at first—meditate for an hour, practice chakra control, complete a series of physical exercises. With each completed mission, Kira received rewards that enhanced his abilities, further unlocking the potential of Cadis Etrama di Raizel and the transformation powers of King Ghidorah.
Kira's unique combination of abilities set him apart. The Noble powers of Raizel had not awakened he had no immense strength, speed nor regeneration. His transformation into King Ghidorah, though yet untested, promised unparalleled destructive power. He knew he wouldn't get access to thac power so easily. However, Kira knew that raw power alone wouldn't make him the strongest ninja. He needed to master his abilities and learn the ways of the shinobi. He at least that the power of King Ghidorah once mastered will make him fight toe to toe with the Ten Tails.
As Kira continued to train, he caught the attention of the Kozuki clan elders. His progress was nothing short of miraculous. The clan head, Kozuki Hiroshi, Mawaki's father, saw great potential in Kira.
"Kira," Hiroshi addressed him one day, "You possess extraordinary talent. It is time for you to begin formal training as a ninja."
Kira stood at the edge of the Kozuki family dojo, a mixture of anticipation and nervousness swirling within him. The air was thick with the scent of incense and aged wood, the remnants of countless training sessions imbued into the very walls. His grandfather, Hiroshi Kozuki, stood before him, holding a sheathed katana reverently in his hands.
"Kira," Hiroshi began, his voice carrying the weight of generations. "It is time for you to learn the sword technique of our clan. The Kozuki no Kagerō."
Kira's heart raced. He had heard whispers of this technique, known for its swiftness and deceptive nature. It was said to create a whirlwind of strikes, leaving opponents disoriented and vulnerable.
"But grandfather," Kira hesitated, "I've heard that our style isn't as renowned as Konoha's kenjutsu or other famous techniques."
Hiroshi's eyes softened with understanding. "True, the Kozuki no Kagerō may not be as illustrious. But it is our legacy, and it has its own strengths. It sets us apart from civilian techniques and has been practiced by many in our clan for decades."
With that, Hiroshi handed the katana to Kira. The weight of it felt substantial, not just in its physical form but in the symbolic passing of tradition.
"Thank you, grandfather," Kira said, bowing deeply. "I will do my best to honor our clan."
The next morning, Kira woke early, the excitement of the previous day still buzzing within him. He made his way to the dojo, where Hiroshi was already waiting.
"Today, we begin your training," Hiroshi announced. "The Kozuki no Kagerō is a swift and deceptive technique. It requires agility, precision, and an understanding of your opponent's movements."
Heroshi demonstrated the basic stance, his movements fluid and deliberate. Kira mirrored him, feeling the strain in his muscles as he tried to maintain the position.
"Good," Hiroshi nodded. "Remember, the key to mastering this technique is not just physical strength, but mental acuity. You must be able to anticipate your opponent's moves and react with speed and precision."
For the next several hours, Kira practiced the basic stances and strikes. His body ached, but he pushed through the pain, determined to learn.
As the weeks passed, Kira's skills began to improve. He moved with greater fluidity, his strikes becoming more precise. Hiroshi introduced more complex drills, pushing Kira to his limits.
"One of the most important aspects of the Kozuki no Kagerō is the ability to create a whirlwind of strikes," Hiroshi explained. "This is what we call the 'Heat Haze'. It disorients your opponent, making it difficult for them to predict your movements."
Hiroshi demonstrated, his blade moving so quickly it seemed to blur. Kira watched in awe, realizing just how much he still had to learn.
"Now, you try," Hiroshi said, stepping back.
Kira took a deep breath, focusing on his grandfather's instructions. He moved his blade in a rapid succession of strikes, trying to mimic the fluidity and speed he had just witnessed.
"Good," Hiroshi said. "But remember, speed is not everything. Each strike must be deliberate and precise. Practice this every day until it becomes second nature."
Kira's training continued relentlessly. Each day brought new challenges and lessons. He sparred with other members of the Kozuki clan, learning to anticipate their moves and counter with the Kozuki no Kagerō.
One evening, after a particularly grueling session, Kira collapsed on the dojo floor, drenched in sweat. Hiroshi knelt beside him, offering a cup of water.
"You're doing well, Kira," he said. "But remember, mastery does not come overnight. It takes time, patience, and perseverance."
Kira nodded, grateful for his grandfather's encouragement. "I'll keep practicing, grandfather. I won't give up."
Three months had passed since Kira began his training. His progress was undeniable. He moved with the grace and speed of a seasoned warrior, his strikes precise and powerful.
One morning, Hiroshi called Kira to the dojo. "Today, you will demonstrate what you have learned," he said.
Kira felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. He had trained hard, but now he would have to prove himself.
Hiroshi set up a series of targets, each one representing a different aspect of the Kozuki no Kagero. "Begin," he instructed.
Kira took a deep breath, focusing his mind. He moved swiftly, his blade cutting through the air with precision. He struck each target with the speed and fluidity of the Heat Haze, his movements a blur.
When he finished, Hiroshi nodded approvingly. "Well done, Kira. You have mastered the basics of the Kozuki no Kagerō."
Kira bowed deeply, his heart swelling with pride. "Thank you, grandfather. I will continue to practice and improve."
Hiroshi smiled. "I have no doubt you will, Kira. You have the heart of a true warrior. Remember, the Kozuki no Kagerō is not just a technique, but a way of life. Carry it with you always."
With the basics of the Kozuki no Kagerō under his belt, Kira felt a renewed sense of purpose. He continued to train diligently, honing his skills and pushing his limits. The dojo became his sanctuary, a place where he could immerse himself in the legacy of his clan.
Hiroshii introduced more moves, each one building on the foundation Kira had established. They practiced feints and counter-attacks, learning to use the opponent's movements against them. Kira found himself becoming more confident and adaptable, his movements more instinctive.
Naruto: The Outsider's Resolve
[A Naruto Fan Fiction] Make the best of what you have, they said... But what I am supposed to do when the best I have are red-eyed freaks, a child who's supposed to be the jailor of the most dangerous being in the world, a snake bastard with serious boundary issues, and a whole world of super soldiers with licences to murder. And you know the best part? None of them like me so much... Oh shut it, old man! Take that Will of Fire and shove it up your— Yeah, this second swing at life isn't panning out... --------------------------------------------------------------- What to expect: - Gradual strength progression. Meaningful growth. The MC is a normal guy dumped into the Narutoverse, starts out weak and has to work and struggle for everything he gains. - "Slow" paced. My writing style is a zoomed-in look camera that follows the protagonist. It might seem slow, but I ensure something is always happening to progress the plot forward. - Gritty and often bloody fights and actions scenes with a focus on taijutsu—you'll see individual combat, team fights, and large-scale battle. - A different take on the Narutoverse. The world is full of superhuman mercenaries with liscenes-to-kill—that along with the protagonist's struggles paint the world in a much darker light. - Additions and expansion to the "chakra" power system. I consider myself a conservative when it comes to adapting the power system—and aim to retain the original feel while highlighting the best parts. - The Outsider's Resolve version of Narutoverse uses the [Naruto Manga] as the base—with additions from anime, books, and even Boruto (though very less likely). --------------------------------------------------------------- DISCORD SERVER: https://discord.gg/w5dJ82SfMr --------------------------------------------------------------- PATREON LINK: https://www.patreon.com/fictiononlyreader --------------------------------------------------------------- DECLARATION: This story is also present on: FFN, Ao3, SpaceBattles, SufficientVelocity, and ScribbleHub RoyalRoad [to be verified] --------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: I don't own any character other than my OCs.
