"Young Master Lucas, how have you been?" Somebody behind me called for my attention.

"Mr. Lim." I called out as he and some other people approached Mia and I.

Perhaps sensing business vibes, Amelia excused herself.

"Brother, I'm hungry. I'll just go over there and eat so that I won't bother you." Mia said. Sometimes, Mia's ability of sensing the atmosphere is really unnecessary. She didn't really need to leave my side when I talk with other executives.

But perhaps aside from being considerate, she really just want to fill her stomach.

Thinking she's perhaps really hungry, I let her leave my side for now.

"Then you behave over there, okay?" I permitted her to go, and she immediately went away and headed towards the buffet area.

I could only chuckle and shake my head inwardly.
