First day at a new school

This is my first novel. It is a true life story, my own story and I hope you pick a thing or two. I am writing this story not to win votes but to inspire a lot of people. I hope you enjoy it.

"Michelle, get down here this instant" mum yelled from her room waking me from my beauty sleep.I hardly get any sleep so it's quite frustrating when "MUM" yells and disrupts my sleep. "I'm coming mum" I said and dragged myself to her room. " Michelle I will like to inform you that we will no longer live here as from tomorrow" she said making my jaw drop. " What do you mean mum"I whispered yelled. " What I mean is we no longer leave here because the owner of the building gave us an eviction letter and it's due tomorrow. I'm sorry I didn't tell you about it earlier" she said and dismissed me. Oh I forgot I haven't introduced myself. I am Michelle, 15 yrs and average height, complex and complicated, overthinks a lot, and is moving to God knows where tomorrow. I guess I have to start packing now. " Oh God I just need your help" I said a word of prayer before going back to bed.

"Michelle"mum yelled for the umpteenth time this morning. " Be down in a bit, mum" I said and surprisingly she stopped yelling. I also forgot to mention that my parents are not really on good terms. Have I mentioned that I have a younger brother, I guess not. " Are we good and ready to go" mum screamed excitedly, the whole family nodded except me. And that's because I hate change and also have low self esteem.

"Big sis watch me do this" Alex said and threw my only lip gloss outside the window of the car. " Alex WTF, what the hell did you do that for" I said glaring at him. " Hahahaha😂" he kept on laughing to annoy me but I just ignored it. " We are here" mum said with a big smile on her face while I glanced through the apartment in front of me. "Kids get settled in, you've got school tomorrow" dad said. "SCHOOL" I asked shockingly and the answers remained the same. " Yes dear, you have to go to school" dad said playing the good cop. I don't really like my mum and dad, my mum is a very strict and harsh woman and prefers male children to female children, while my dad believes that a lady has no right to education.

" Michelle it's time to go to school" dad screamed. I had to leave my dreamland and get ready. I got downstairs, had breakfast and then left for school.

In the hallway I ran into some girls who I think runs the school. They introduced themselves Lexie and the three musketeers. Then I noticed I was lost trying to find my class so I heard a deep masculine voice" Hey little rat get out of my way" he said. I turned around to lambast the guy when my mouth just couldn't move. I kept gawking at the guy but did not want to make it obvious. When he saw that I was speechless, he just pushed me which made me hit my head on my locker. Then I heard a feminine voice" Hey, are you okay. I am Anastasia" she said making me stare at her shocked. Then she asked again "do you know the way to class" and I nodded a "no" in response. Then she said "you got bullied my the bad boy right". " Yes I did" I said surprised at how she knew about the incident. " Well Michelle the first day is the tough day" she said and we both went to class.
