**Review from Chapters 1 to 4** This is a story about Ririna who fell in love with the powerful CEO Eli because he saved her from the orphanage. She followed him everywhere as he trained Ririna into an assassin and one of his woman who warms his bed. Years passed, our Ririna got pregnant and felt that it's dangerous for her and her baby to continue this kind of bloody life and unrequited love(?) with Eli so she left him. This novel has potential, albeit cliché. As of now, I only have two problems I want to point out: (1) There's a lot of text blocks that makes it harder to read, and (2) It's more of "telling" rather than "showing." Other than that, I'm looking forward to the developments and improvements of the author. Good luck! - 8

To be honest I was a bit skeptical of all those original novels on qidian recently... But hell this one is good so far.. The chemistry of both the male and female lead is amazing ..the female lead ain't a ninny or those dumb irritating one and that's a huge plus for me... The plot of the novel becomes interesting once you reach the 4 or 5 chapters that you don't feel like putting it down making you hungry for more... Imagine the male lead like Yun Xiao but much more passionate,fiery and possessive hehe...give it try you'll love it

I really don't like romance but this novel piqued my interests. A job well done I guess. For the first 16 chapters I give it full stars. I'm just hoping that this will have a stable update.

This story is just way too good and I must thank the author and their team for making such an excellent story. Just from the psychology and the characters and their backgrounds as well as each point of view, the overall writing is pleasant to read! The amount of updates may not be much but the beautiful and wonderful yet tense suspense keeps me impressed as I impatiently wait for more to come out. The only suggestion I could make is to get more editors or proofreaders so that the updates could come out very polished and hopefully more often! When is the next update? Or the story done already? I am excited on how the story goes. I feel proud of how good it was made. Not the super complicated and overly serious story. Just right for a refreshing story to read while passing for time.

It’s strange, I could almost swear this site wasn’t spelt the same as Wattpad but it seems some people have gotten confused. I mean, it’s always lovely to see a romance on here, but I guess quantity over quality is the new way of life.

"He yawned and stretches his arms in the air. " I think this line at the start of Chapter 47 was the figurative straw that broke the camel's back. Please, PLEASE decide if you're telling this story in past or present tense, because it's been painful as hell reading up to this point. The plot and characters are good, can even be great depending on where the story goes from where I've read. But you NEED to choose a tense (preferably past tense) and stick to it. If your editor hasn't pointed this out to you before, or if your editor is the reason for the changing tenses, you need to fire your editor. And if you don't have an editor, please please for all that is holy stop letting the awkward reading spoil something that can be really good and GET A GOOD EDITOR.

It’s just halfway through the book and I can tell this will be a great story! The character and story development is awesome ❤️ You can feel their pain, happiness and laugh at their antics. The sexy parts are a big plus too 🙌🏻

This one got great potential, only if updates would be established, and stabilized. Aside from proofreading, it got minor flaws. But great start, hope it can be sustained, and please no filler chapters.

There is no progress in the story. It really frustrate me because after spending a lot of SS the story did not update nor completed. 😒😭 The story is good though and I can say that every chapter is beautiful. Just its not completed and we don't know the ending will be.

Kudos to a kababayan who is an eloquent & creative writer. One who has a knack for developing a great storyline with interesting plots & character development in your novels. Started reading LMD & discovered this novel. I love the emotional maturity shown in your character development both in the leads & side characters. Especially in ** novel, one gets to read not only the romance development of the leads but other side characters as well (two more sidestories if am not mistaken: sara & and looking forward to reading a blooming romance between L & A. Honestly, I find ** more interesting & better read than LMD although LMD has more humorous banterings & bone ticking encounters between the leads. ** is more sombre & serious in it's romance development. However, both novels are a good read & show more realistic emotional encounters compared to most "Chinese" novels I read. I hope the author focuses on finishing each novel instead of simultaneously writing several novels. Am guessing that author is waiting for feedback from readers before deciding if she should finish writing the story or not. However, I would highly suggest to the author from the 2 novels LMD & ** & the synopsis I read on another novel of yours, you really have a talent in writing. I hope after you finish LMD you will make time to finish ** & I support your plan sequel on Skyler & his adventures or misadventures & romance as well. Trust in your God Given talent. From the many reviews you have, you have many fans but all have one complaint. No new updates on ** and beware that your fans will lose interest in your projects if no new & frequent updates on your novels. I, myself hesitated to read your other novels which you have posted because I can see that you have several ongoing novels & wouldn't want to get stuck & disappointed & wondering if you're going to finish writing it or not. BTW, hope you get a better editor because your storyline & story telling skills are good but your writing needs better editor for those grammars/vocabularies & rewriting of sentences to make your ideas come across better to the readers. Wish I could help (for the right price aka arrangements) 🤔
