Chapter 81

As Carnage was about to leave Gotham, he suddenly stopped and dropped Joker on his feet, saying, "I will go drag C-1 back with me. While I am away, you can do whatever you want."

"Ok. Go on." Joker said, not caring, "I will go mess with Bat, Kahahaha!"

Carnage nodded and zoomed back to the harbor where C-1 and Ivy were comforting the crying Harley. Seeing him suddenly appear some miters away from them, Ivy and Harley immediately got on guard.

"C-1, I will kindly ask you one last time to come with me. If not, you will be quitting the game of life." Carnage said, looking straight at C-1 who immediately knew he was serious. The way C-1 acts, shows that she is leaving his control and if it is like that, it is better he kills her than to leave her on the loose end for the hero nor any other people.

"She isn't going with you fucker." Harley said, cleaning her eyes and placing her bat over her shoulder.

Carnage looked over to her and said with an emotionless voice, "Oh, Harley, you are no use to me, and do you know what happens to people of no use to me? They die and get eaten." Hearing this, Ivy immediately went in front of Harley, wanting to protect her from any attack from Carnage. "You two Ivy. You were once of use of me, so I didn't kill you, but now? You are nothing but a random ant in the way I can step on anytime. Who cares if the green comes after me. It is better if both of you just mind your business and move out the way of my foot before I mistakenly step on you."

"Why should she come with you?" Harley shouted, pushing Ivy out of the way. Though she knows how savage Carnage is, she isn't a bit scared of him.

"Do I need a reason?" Carnage asked, tilting his head, "She is nothing but a dog. A scrapbook for me to experiment on. And what happens to scrapbooks that aren't of use anymore? They get burned so the enemy won't be able to copy your experiment."

"She isn't some kind of experiment! She is a human!" Harley said, remembering Joker who used her as a toy.

"Bitch. Did I stutter? She is Creation number One, hence her name C-1." Carnage, said, walking towards them, root wrapping around Ivy's body to defend at any moment, "Besides, she isn't even a human. Now, chose, be a burnt scrapbook or keep becoming something I can continue my test on."

C-1 already decided once Carnage came back to go with him. Seeing how Ivy and Harley wanted to defend her, she decided to wait and see if Carnage will change his mind. Sighing, she crushed her phone and waked Ivy and Harley, going towards Carnage.

"Sorry. If I don't go, you both will die with me." She muttered as she walked past. Harley tried to stop her, but Ivy stopped her, personally experience the way Carnage treats people when he sees them as useless, for example, those people in his basement he completely forgot about, making them starve to death or result in cannibalism if they are in the same cell.

"Good dog." Carnage said, patting C-1 head before pulling her hair and making her look at him. "Next time you act like this, I will end your life."

"Ok," C-1 responded, looking away from his eyes. "Not like I am planning on dying any time soon."

Carnage then flung her over his shoulder and disappeared, appearing next to Joker many miles away who was busy arming a bomb inside a hospital building. Joker got spooked by his sudden appearance and said,

"Carnage, don't scare me like that again. I almost made this bomb go off. Hehehe, can't have that now, can we?" Joker said, going back to doing what he was doing.

"Are you coming with me?" Carnage asked.

"No. Let me finish this play." Joker said, laughing.

"No problem. I need to also speak to the last founding member of the Injustice League." Carnage said, disappearing.

In minutes, he appeared in his base, the volcano-shaped mountain, in the south pole and dropped C-1 off before Nottingham city in the United Kingdom to meet his next candidate, Barbara Minerva aka, the Cheetah. As you may have noticed now, he is mostly going after the villains that are the main heroes' main nemesis. Luthor for Superman, Joker for Batman, Cheetah for Wonder woman, as for Reverse Flash? The guy runs too much so it will be hard to convince him to stay in one timeline. Though he doesn't know much about Cheetah, for her to be Wonder Woman's main nemesis, she has to be worthy.

Reaching Nottingham city, Carnage didn't know where to search to look for her so he decided to check the most natural place to find her, in a museum. Since she is a collector who collects jewelry and rare things, that was the best choice.

Finding her minutes later, inside a Musume as she was going to steal an expensive vase, "Hello Cheetah."

Cheetah stopped and looked over to him, "What are you? Another hero?"

"I don't believe some people on this planet don't know who I am." Carnage muttered, walking forward. "No, I am Carnage, and I came to invite you to join a team I am creating."

"Oh, the Cabbage guy I have been hearing a lot about," Cheetah said, intentionally saying his name incorrectly. "Alos, Cabbage, I don't I team up with someone weaker than me."

Hearing this, Carnage became speechless. "You think you are stronger than me?" He asked, just to see if she meant to say what she just said.

"Yes, why wouldn't I be." Cheetah said, making out a low Cheetah noise, "Can't stand it?"

"No, no, no. My brain, as fast as a supercomputer, which can calculate equations that will normally take years in seconds couldn't comprehend such bullshit." Carnage said, holding his head and looking genuinely shocked. "Ok, since you are stronger than me, how about a little rustle, cat." Carnage said, shaking his head and looking at her.

It seems like Cheetah got angered at him calling her cat so she got down on all fours, ready to attack.

"Come at me lil cat."
