Preparations

Before visiting 1991 and going to Hogwarts with Harry, Edward decided to go to 2020 to see his effect on the world.

He created a phone out of thin air and searched himself up on Wikipedia, stunned by what he saw.

6 years after his death, just before Benedict died, he canonized Edward as a Saint. Apparently, those people, who's wishes he granted, had told the Bishops of the area that he performed miracles and word eventually found its way to Benedict, who already had a favourable opinion of him. 2 weeks after his death he was beatified and 6 years later, canonized.

Moreover, Edward was known for educating children as, during the 6 years before his 'death', he travelled Europe and took in some magically talented children he found. Muggles thought that he was taking them in to educate them and give them a better life.

Well, he did do that, but the Muggles didn't know that he also taught them magic. In fact, he had to visit them later.

Anyway, because of this, the church saw him as a virtuous and selfless hero and decided to make him a Saint.

He read through the article at a ridiculous speed.

'One of the greatest medieval strategists...'

'Founder of the legendary Lyore Dynasty...'

'Painted Jesus' Return...'

'Way ahead of his time...'

"Definitely true."

'Rewarded an Earldom due to his merits in the Anglo-Welsh Takeover War...'

"Sort of true."

'The Cathedral he built and his sainthood caused William the Conqueror to keep them as some of the only Anglo-Saxon nobles in England.'

"I just built it because the Pope gave me money and it looked really cool."

'Credited with the creation of football...'

"Yeah that was an accident."

Michael had been bored after magic training, so Edward decided to introduce him to football. He wrote a rulebook and invited some of the castle servants to make a team. Unfortunately, those servants spread the game with their friends and they spread it to their friends until the whole of England knew what football was.

Luckily, the System made sure that the first football clubs were still founded in the 19th century as they were meant to.

"Right, let's check on the rest of the Lyores."

Edward searched up his son, who was credited as a brilliant strategist and warrior.

"He didn't even need to use magic, he was managed well enough with just the bloodline."

After investigating for a while, Edward realised that the System had used the Lyores as catalysts for many events. Instead of controlling other people to do things, it mainly controlled the Lyores to cause events.

For example, Henry Lyore, a baron, was the leader in forcing King John to sign the Magna Carta. Another example is Robert Lyore, who convinced Isabella of France to press Edward III's claim on France, starting the Hundred Years War.

Basically, the House of Lyore became one of the most important and famous dynasties in history.

Now, it was time to go to Hogwarts.

Modern Day Britain, Somewhere in Surrey, 1991

"...and that should be about done."

Edward had just finished tweaking the details of his creation.

Holding his palm out, a white light shone from it and two people suddenly appeared.

The first was a man with brown hair and brown eyes and his features closely resembled Edward's (true appearance).

The second was a blonde woman with glowing blue eyes and soft features, a kind smile drawn on her lips.

These were the parents Edward created.

Well, he had created the body and modified the soul, as one of the limits of the creation ability is that it cannot create a soul or life itself. Therefore, he had taken half of the soul of 2 dead soldiers on the battlefield, healed them and modified them.

Why half?

Because he wanted them to be able to pass off into the afterlife, so he left them half and healed it back into a whole.

Also, he had changed back into his original appearance but reverted back to how he looked as an 11 year old and brainwashed the entire world into thinking he was 11 (so he could go to Hogwarts).

He had also bought a house in his 'parents' name - Richard and Anna Lyore.

The two opened their eyes. Before them stood their creator and master; they immediately kneeled.

"Stand. From now on you must act like my parents, only ever drop the act in this house or where I permit it."

"Understood," they replied rigidly.

He had given them all the knowledge in the world but they had yet to develop proper emotion.

"Relax. All you need to do at the moment is keep practicing your magic. In future, I'll be bringing 4 others to assist."

Edward was planning to create a rival group to both the light and dark side. He wanted to make them the strongest and eventually have complete control of the international magical world. 

For now that was all just a dream.

When he bought the house, Edward had created a space underneath it with equipment for training magic. One could only travel there using the fireplace in the living room and saying '1991.' Naturally, even if you knew the code, if your magical signature wasn't recorded as someone who could enter by Edward, you couldn't get in.

Richard and Anna bowed to Edward and left for the training room.

Those two had been gifted immense power with 500 in Intelligence and 100 in everything else, but Edward had also given them a lot of talent, allowing them to get stronger faster. However, he capped their stats at 2000 in Intelligence and 500 everything else.

Edward headed to his new bedroom to do something he'd been meaning to do for a while.

"System, purchase the most powerful ingredients possible for a wand core."

[Purchasing dragon heartstring, thestral hair, frozen demon tear, Basilisk horn, phoenix feather]

Now, you may be wondering why Edward crafted the wand properly instead of using the creation ability. The reason for this is that the creation and modification ability had some limitations: one of these was that the creation or modified object couldn't exceed the limits of the world.

For example, when Edward modified his stats, he couldn't make them higher than the world limit. It is actually possible for him to push past that limit but immensely difficult and he couldn't be bothered considering other world's will have higher limits.

Anyway, when creating it he can, with great effort, slightly push past the limits due to his skills being at the peak making the wand stronger - although, if he crafted it in a place with a higher limit, it would be stronger as it would then be pushing past that world's limit.

"Now buy Crafting: Level 10."

[Purchased.]

"Is it really possible to create a wand with 5 cores?"

[Yes, the inhabitants of this world just haven't been skilled or powerful enough]

"Let's do it then!"

Instantly, Edward started to work like an expert.

Firstly, he placed all of the ingredients inside a cauldron of willingly given unicorn blood, that sat upon a blue flame. The minute the ingredients touched the solution, it hissed and smoked before the silver turned a shiny purple. Edward mixed the ingredients together inside of the solution, constantly injecting magic in it until everything had fully combined.

Next, Edward created a wand shaped mould and poured the mixture inside of it and used ice magic to freeze it.

Just to test, he fired a powerful lightning at the purple mould, but it remained completely unharmed.

"System, purchase the most powerful wand wood."

[Purchasing Yggradsil wood...]

Edward lifted the wood and mould into the air and wrapped the wood around the mould, before placing the finished product on the desk in front of him.

"I'll call it... Reaper."

The 13 inch wand levitated off of the desk and a golden light surrounded it before falling again.

"Analyse."

"What's the stats for the Elder Wand?"

Edward went on to create 2 other wands, for the others. Richard's was 12 inches, made out of Yew wood with a phoenix feather and Basilisk horn core. Anna's was 10 and a half inches, made out of English Oak with a dragon heartstring and thunderbird tail feather core.

Richard's had twice the Elder Wand's stats, while Anna's fell behind just a little.

Edward fell onto his bed and sighed. The Hogwarts term started in 3 months, at the moment, all he could do was wait.
