Of course, this isn't all, the game features different worlds that range from the Stone Age to the future.

While Nick was walking home from another booze cruise with his friends, the absolute worst occurred. At a traffic light, he couldn't keep his balance any longer, which led him onto the street. There he was caught by a car and driven over.
Upon regaining consciousness, he found himself on what appeared to be a deserted island, with a strange jewel stuck in his arm.
What will this new world hold for him, and is this world perhaps not unknown to him?
