One Punch Man in DC Universe

USA, Metropolis.

"Come on Johnny, bring this beam over here" said a bearded man at a construction site to another man who was holding a huge iron beam on his left shoulder.

"Can I put it there with the others?" replied Johnny.

Johnny was a tall, strong man of relatively ordinary appearance, black hair and brown eyes and a straight face, not ugly but not handsome.

"yes, we are done with the cement bags and the beams that arrived, put this one with the others and we will finish the day" said the bearded man.

Johnny put the beam along with the others and joined the bearded man and the other workers in front of the construction manager's hut to receive payment, after everyone received the bearded man went to Johnny and said.

"Me and the boys are going to Tony's bar for a beer, want to come with us?" the man said.

"Sure, I'll get my keys, do any of you want a ride?" Johnny said.

"No need, see you there then" said the man.

Later at the bar.

"okay okay, what's the maximum you've been able to lift, Johnny?" said the man.

"I have no idea Luke, since last year I've never had trouble lifting anything," Johnny replied.

"But like, what's the heaviest thing you've ever lifted?" asked Luke.

"well there was that time you went out with your mom and..." johnny was interrupted by a slap on the back of the head from Luke and the boys around him laughed out loud.

"dont talk about my momma, god knows she gained all that weight from having to much love to give, but im being serious, what was it?" said Luke.

"dont know man, i lifted a bus once, but it felt really light" said Johnny.

"shit, you inded are built different huh?" said Luke.

"yeah, something like that, look, superman is on tv" Johnny said.

Superman was on TV saying something about disarming the nukes because he's going to be there to defend the earth.

"Aren't nuclear bombs a kind of war deterrent? I thought Superman didn't interfere with government affairs" said Luke.

"don't know man, maybe he's disarming governments so he can take over the world and force all of us to wear our underwear over our pants," Johnny said.

The guys at the table laughed and continued to drink and argue for a few hours until a loud noise made them leave the bar to see a meteor falling on the city.

"look at this man, let's see what it is" said luke already completely drunk.

The guys ran for a few blocks until they got close to the meteor and saw the people gathered watching and the firefighters trying to put out the fire, soon the fire went out and some kind of three legged machine came out of the meteor and started shooting lasers at people.

"Holy shit, it's those things from the war of the worlds movie, that Tom Cruise movie, quick someone coughs on those things, they can't stand the germs of our planet" shouted Luke completely drunk.

"I don't think that's a good idea Luke," Johnny said.

'I'd better get my uniform out of the car,' thought Johnny.

In a second he was in the car, got his uniform, got dressed and came back.

"Look at you Johnny, all dressed up" Luke said.

"yeah, i'm a hero for fun in my spare time" Johnny said.

"oh look, Superman and Batman are already here" said Johnny.

Superman is hit by a laser and falls to the asphalt and Batman tries to take down the machine with his ship, Superman then comes back and has a collapse while pressing his head before flying off in another direction and Batman follows him in his ship, some jets try to shoot down the alien machines but fail.

"I better drop these things and go after them," Johnny said.

Johnny quickly jumped on the machines and punched them destroying each one with a single punch leaving the soldiers and people who saw them with their mouths open and then headed in the direction Batman and Superman went.

News POV.

"The situation calmed down after an unknown superhero took down the machines that threatened New York, the meteor still has means of self-defense so the army cannot approach without being targeted by lasers, meanwhile we received information that similar objects landed around the around the world, Paris, Cairo, Malaysia and more arrive every hour," said the reporter.

3rd POV.

After heading in the direction Batman and Superman went, he managed to reach Batman's ship and followed it until they arrived at a military base that appeared to have been overrun, Batman then descended from the ship and Johnny approached.

"Hey Bats, what does a place like you do to a guy like this?" said Johnny.

Johnny and Batman already knew each other, they met when batman came to Metropolis following the clues that the scarecrow would try to spread his gas in the city.

Flashback POV.

Batman entered a warehouse after following some clues and discovering the scarecrow's location, he entered to discover the location filled with fear gas and hear a scream.

"DON'T COME PLAY JOKENPO WITH SNOT ON YOUR FINGER" a scream sounded and then a loud noise with a strong wind that dissipated the gas.

Batman looked to find Johnny with a panicked look on his face and a scarecrow pinned to the wall.

Flashback end.

"Johnny, what are you doing here?" said Batman.

"I was in Metropolis, I cleaned up the mess you guys left behind and then I followed you here," Johnny said.

Batman just nodded and headed inside the base, Johnny shrugged and followed behind him.
