Chapter 91: Celestial Dragons' Fate

"Morgans, what are you thinking?"

Luo Ning and Morgans were in contact, with Morgans' newspaper office serving as the natural channel for their communication.

"I've made a decision," Morgans declared. "From now on, I'll follow Master Luo Ning!"

Luo Ning had previously approached Morgans with the intention of taking him in as a sworn younger brother. Morgans had initially harbored some hesitation, but Luo Ning's promise to allow him editorial freedom with the news, with no interference from other parties, greatly appealed to him.

Publishing news was a risky business, and Morgans, compared to others, was relatively bold. Though unafraid to expose the dark side of the World Government and the Marines, he still exercised caution, fearing repercussions. However, the prospect of a powerful backer who could completely disregard the World Government was too enticing to pass up.

Luo Ning's prior offer had already swayed Morgans, and after some deliberation, he finally reached a decision. After all, few in the world dared to oppose the World Government, and Luo Ning was the only one with the strength to do so. While the likes of Pirates King, the Four Emperors, and the Revolutionary Army could potentially challenge the World Government, they would be swiftly crushed by the Marines in a direct confrontation. Individually, perhaps one or two Emperors wouldn't pose a significant threat, but a united front would be overwhelming for the Marines.

The promise of editorial freedom under Luo Ning's wing was what truly sealed the deal for Morgans. As Luo Ning's sworn brother, he would be free to publish any news he desired, unshackled by the constraints imposed by the World Government.

Moreover, the World Government wouldn't dare to touch him, knowing the immense pressure Luo Ning would exert in retaliation.

This ultimately led Morgans to accept Luo Ning's offer and become his sworn younger brother.

"A wise decision, Morgans. Now, I need you to utilize your manpower to establish a widespread live broadcast network for me. As for the expenses, simply tell me the cost," Luo Ning instructed.

Live broadcasts in this world functioned differently compared to modern society. Modernity had the internet at its disposal, whereas this world relied on video Den Den Mushi. Unfortunately, the prevalence of these snails was limited, found only on some surrounding islands.

Given this constraint, Luo Ning tasked Morgans with expanding the network. While the live broadcast itself might only reach a few surrounding islands, the video Den Den Mushi could be used to retransmit the footage. Through this continuous relay, a significant portion of the Grand Line, if not the entire world, could potentially be reached.

Morgans' newspaper offices spanned the globe, making his assistance in this matter a breeze. As for funding, Luo Ning possessed an abundance of resources.

"Master Luo Ning, are you planning to attack the Celestial Dragons? That's phenomenal news! I have no doubt it'll set the entire sea ablaze!" Morgans vibrated with excitement. After all, these were Celestial Dragons, and previously, he had only captured them. But what did Luo Ning have in mind now? Was he planning a live broadcast of the Celestial Dragons' execution?

Luo Ning envisioned putting the Celestial Dragons through the ringer in the Underwater Prison. He would ensure their bodies could withstand the punishment by imbuing them with a fantastical regenerative ability, rendering them impervious to death. This would allow them to endure the prison's tortures repeatedly.

"You're right, Morgans. That's precisely why your contribution is essential," Luo Ning acknowledged, and Morgans readily agreed.

Following his conversation with Morgans, Luo Ning contacted newspaper reporters across the country. He divided the allocated funds and initiated the establishment of a live broadcast network.

"These Celestial Dragons are revolting! One of them looks like a giant, overgrown baby. It's disgusting! How can such a creature be considered a World Noble, let alone a god?" Nami approached Luo Ning after his conversation with Morgans. Both she and Robin had gone to see the Celestial Dragons, as these beings were a complete novelty to them.

In the past, the Celestial Dragons represented absolute power. Now, however, they were Luo Ning's prisoners.

Disappointingly, no one had come to their rescue. The World Government had likely abandoned them to their fate.

Nami's face contorted in disgust after seeing the Celestial Dragons. Not only were they physically disgusting, but their speech was equally abhorrent. They behaved like giant, petulant babies, making them utterly insufferable.

"They're nothing more than air-wasting filth," Robin commented. "Growing up in a warped environment like Mariejois, it's no surprise they're so twisted. There are a few exceptions, of course."

Luo Ning recounted the story of Doflamingo's father. Nami and Robin were rendered speechless once again. This entire situation was baffling.

Doflamingo's father did possess kindness, but it was tragically devoid of any intelligence. While his actions were undoubtedly courageous, Luo Ning viewed them as utterly irresponsible.

His naive idealism completely disregarded the consequences for his children and wife.

They had fled the Holy Land with their family, only to have their belongings confiscated and his wife die tragically. If not for Doflamingo, all three of them would have been burned alive.

Doflamingo's warped personality undoubtedly stems, in part, from his father's influence.

"Celestial Dragons! The polarity is astounding," Robin admitted, at a loss for words. "The evil ones commit unspeakable atrocities, while the kind ones are gullible to the point of foolishness. The gap between these extremes is simply too vast."

"There are a precious few exceptions, that's all," Luo Ning conceded. "Mariejois probably still harbors some tolerable Celestial Dragons, but they're a rare breed. The vast majority remain irredeemable garbage."

Luo Ning held the Celestial Dragons in utter contempt. He eagerly awaited their execution, a scene he had long envisioned.

"Speaking of which, how did you find the training ground?" Luo Ning inquired, directing his question to Nami and Robin. He had granted them access after their return.

"It's excellent," Nami admitted with a hint of helplessness, "but the opponents there are impossibly strong! They're hardly even human!"

"Hahaha, that's perfectly normal! You'll adjust with time," Luo Ning chuckled. "Even I got pummeled when I first entered. Remember when Garp's enhanced version whooped my ass?"

Those days were fresh in his mind. However, he had gradually acclimated himself. He didn't limit himself solely to Garp as an opponent. He experimented with various adversaries, each possessing unique fighting methods and styles. The current Luo Ning was like a vast ocean, absorbing these combat experiences.
