One Kick Man

A man was walking in an alleyway in Z-City. The weather was hot, and he was sweating like crazy.

His suit was sticking to his body and he felt uncomfortable.

"Hah... Another failure..." the man signed. He was currently looking for a job, searching everywhere there wasn't a single company that accepted him.

He didn't know why they don't accept him, he just wants a job and have stable income, but alas life was harsh.

He didn't get accepted by all the companies he went to. He was in despair as his eyes lost the will to live.

"Dang I'll just try again next ti-" just as he was about to finish what he wants to say, the world went dark.

To be specific only in his area was dark as a 3 meter high monster was in front of him.

The people near them ran away as soon as they saw the monster. Screaming for their life as they ran as fast as they could.

Kenji looked at the monster. 'What the hell is that thing?! It's huge as hell!'

He was scared out of his wits as he saw the monster. 3 meters high, it's head was burning, and it's arms was as thick as a adult's leg, it has no legs as it was floating and the strange thing is, it's face was crying and it looked hideous.

Unfortunately the fire on its head evaporated its tears due to high temperature.

"What the hell is that thing?" as he ran to the opposite direction like the other people.

When he was running for his life he saw a little girl crying for his mom but there was no one who was willing to save her as they ran away.

Kenji ran away as he doesn't know the little girl. He doesn't care at all and just focused on running. As he was running he saw the monster trying to kill the little girl.

The little girl was bawling her eyes out as she looked at the hideous monster.

The monster was about to swing its huge arm when the little girl felt an arm on her little body and was hug by the man as they were rolling on the ground. This man was Kenji.

'Dammit! What the hell did I just do!' Kenji screamed at his mind.

His body moved on its own and saved the little girl from the monster. He didn't want her to die as she still has a long life to live.

He couldn't hold back and dashed at their direction saving the girl from being burned to a crisp.

"You okay little girl?" The little girl heard a voice as she lifted her head.

She saw a face, hair as dark as night, amethyst colored eyes that shined brightly as the sun, a chiseled jaw, and smooth baby like skin. He was slightly good-looking than average men but what really catches your eyes is his amethyst colored eyes that is currently burning with determination.

Kenji put the little girl down and told her to run. The little girl ran as fast as she could.

Seeing that the little girl ran away, Kenji faced the burning monster. He was scared stiff right at this moment and didn't know what to do.

His legs were shaking and sweat trickled down on his face.

Just as Kenji was experiencing a mental breakdown, he heard a shout from his back.

"YOU CAN DO IT MISTER! I BELIEVE IN YOU!" The little girl shouted as loud as she could as she ran away.

Hearing what the little girl shouted, he looked back and gave the little girl a smile.

"Don't worry little girl, I won't die." Kenji said as he faced the monster. That shout encouraged him to fight.

To let that little girl not die. He has to fight!

"Alright you bastard! It's either I die or you die! Only one will survive!" Kenji shouted as a hint of determination flashed in his eyes.

A battle where only one will survive commenced in a desolate alleyway where no other living beings were present other than Kenji and the burning monster.
