Inside the castle.

Cadence and Scarlett walked into the room. In the centre was a huge bed with white-crested silk sheets. The headboard behind the bed was made of solid gold. The floor was white and grey marble tile and the walls were a beige colour with a golden design. At the end of the bed was the same seat like bench that Scarlett had in her bedroom. Cadence's room also had the huge wall dresser that Scarlett had. The bedside tables were also white with golden trimming with silver lamps carefully placed on top. There was a white fluffy rug in the centre of the room. In the corner was a table with a tea set on top, followed by three golden lined white chairs. There was a large window off to the one side with a pair of ivory silk curtains framing it. On the opposite side was a huge dresser with many draws and a silver mirror with a matching silver armchair like seat. To finish the room off was a large crystal and diamond chandelier on the top. Their bedroom had the same suite bathroom as Scarlett's bedroom. Their bathroom was a little less dark and more bright, The bath was purple coloured, kind of like amethyst with a silver lining. Their shower was silver with a white curtain with blue butterflies on it. The sink and toilet were white with a silver lining, but the floor was marbled in white and purple colour this time. The bathroom had the same chandelier as Scarlett's bathroom.

"This is beautiful. A little too bright for me, but defiantly you. I kind of like it." Scarlett said.

"Yeah, I like it too. It's amazing and beautiful. It just makes you feel all posh and rich." Cadence laughed.

"This is amazing. Let's go see more of the castle. I'm sure the kitchen is just down the stairs and to the left." Scarlett said.

Cadence nodded and they left the bedroom. They walked back down the corridor and down the stairs before turning left to enter the kitchen. They opened the big brown wooden doors with "Kitchen" Labelled in cursive writing on the door. They pulled open the doors this time to reveal a big kitchen. The floor was black and white tiled like Scarlett's room. The walls were white stone. The windows higher up the walls were uncovered without any curtains. The roof had a large chandelier and handing downlights every meter. In the middle of the kitchen was a large central table. Black legs and a wooden surface with a row of chopping boards on one side. There was a large bowl of fruit upon this table. The table had built in draws. On the far side was a large open fire pizza oven made of bricks. and along the right-hand side was large shelves full of dishes, cups, mugs, plates and everything else. Followed by a sink underneath with a dishwasher. Along the left-hand side was a pair of 5 ovens and cupboards with silverware in them. When you turned left of the pizza oven you were met by a large archway that led you into the dining room.

In the dining room was a long black wooden table with a silk white table cloth. Along each side were 8 chairs and one large chair on either end of the table. In the middle of the table was a candle holder with 3 white pillar candles. The room was lit by lights along the side of the room. On the left-hand side of the room was a large fireplace with a family photo of young Scarlett and her parents above the fireplace with candles on the mantlepiece. On the other side of the room stood large windows with wooden shutters instead of curtains.

"This place just gets more amazing the more I see. I can't believe this was our home. I must have forgotten how it looked because it has been ages since I was last here." Scarlett said.

"Yeah, last I remember we were having a lot of work done to this castle. It's amazing how much has changed. I barely remember any of this myself." Cadence explained.

They finished looking around the kitchen and dining room before walking to the other side of the pizza oven. They walked under the right-hand side archway and became face to face with a door that said "Laundry" and a staircase that led down into darkness. They walk inside the laundry room to be met with a row of 4 washing machines with another 4 placed on top of them. Kind of like a laundrette. On the other side was the dryers again, same applied, a row of 8, four placed on stop on each other. There were baskets full of washing to be folded and to be put away and laundry to be placed outside to dry. They left the laundry room and headed down into the darkness before walking into what seemed to be s cave-like room. It was very dimly lit and was colder than the rest of the home. It was just full of food and meat basically, foods that would easily go off in the heat. There wasn't much to see in here so they left. They walked out of the kitchen and closed the doors before heading to the final rooms, living room or lounge area and library.

"Phew, this place is huge. I forgot how many rooms there are in here. Not to mention the number of bathrooms and staff bedrooms there is. There must be at least 100 rooms. They all look the same. White beds, huge dressers, windows with curtains. They are all the same boring colours, beige, white and ivory. Who even likes those colours?" Scarlett said.

"Scarlett, they're our staff. I don't think they care what colour their bedrooms or bathrooms are. I mean, the bathrooms just plain white and black. White tubs, plain shower with a white curtain. They're here to work and be paid, not to be paid for luxury." Cadence explained.

"To be fair, I do like the little luxury we have gave them. I mean, roses in their bedrooms to keep them smelling nice, wide view windows of the beautiful gardens. The bathrooms aren't even too far from their bedrooms either, so I suppose that's a plus. We could have just given them buckets and a bathtub, but I guess we aren't that cruel. Their bedrooms are fine, they got a place for their clothes and to sleep. They got easy access to the bathrooms and have windows and makeup tables." Scarlett said.

"Exactly. considering they are just staff we treat them with the upmost respect. They don't have to slave for us, but they do. Plus, the pay is really good for them. We paid them way more than we should almost $50,000 a year. That's amazing to them and really changes their life for the better, those who don't have houses of their own stay here." Cadence explained.

Scarlett nodded in agreement. They walked to the living room and stood in the doorway in shock. It was amazing, super regal and rich-looking. The floor was white wood and the walls were ivory wood, decorated with pictures and lights. In the middle of the room were two tall white pillars with a chandelier made of glass in the middle. On the floor was a giant floral design rug. There was a black grand piano in the corner next to a window with a piano stool with a red cushion. There was two large pink rose design leather couches and matching chairs. Each couch and chair has matching cushions. There was a huge glass table in the middle of the room with coasters next to each seat and a bouquet of red roses in the middle. There was a large fireplace behind the couches on the far back wall with plants on the mantlepiece. Each side of the room had a giant window with silver-coloured curtains. You could see everything out of apart from the wall with the fireplace. The room had a large fish tank with all kinds of goldfish inside. Everything was lined with silver or gold, the chairs and the wall. There was a large black bookcase in the corner followed by a large bean bag on the floor. There was a large black grandfather clock next to the bookcase and to finish the room off, above the fireplace was a large-sized flat-screen TV about 70 inches.

"This place is so rich-looking. I love it." Scarlett exclaimed.

Cadence smiled and nodded before opening a door on the far end of the room. Scarlett walked in to find a doorway on the other side which just lead back into the main hall again. The room was very brightly lit from the large windows on the left side. They had sheer blue floral curtains to match the pastel blue wall and the grey carpeted floor. There was a grey leather couch in the middle of the room with blue cushions on it with the same matching blue beanbags on the floor. There was a black table in the middle of the room with candles and roses. Bookcases surrounded the room and there was a simple grey staircase in the corner to reach the next level of books and the same on the second floor to reach the third floor. On top of each bookcase was a bright light to help lite the room up and to see which books were where. There was a small table next to the window with two chairs in the colour of black. At the bottom of the bookcases where cupboards full of CDS and DVDs. There was a tv on the far side of the room about the same side as the one in the living room. There was a pile of what looked like journals and pens on the table next to the window.

"I think thats everything right? I honestly miss this place and dad." Scarlett whimpered.

"Yeah, he would of loved to seen the remodles house. Im glad you like it." Cadence said.

Scarlett was looking aroundthe room in awe before being cut off as she was about to speak.

"Princess Scarlett? Oh my gosh! Is that you?" the voice asked.
