A Mysterious Feeling...

Valentina furrowed her brows and the frown on her face became deeper.

"I heard you, you can go back now!" said Valentina not leaving any chance for further discussions.

As if it was the words of a death goddess who can take lives on a whim, the maid quickly rushed back not daring to stay any longer near Valentina.

Most servants knew how overprotective Valentina has been of her children.

The maid knew she was angry so she didn't dare to say the remaining part of the message conveyed by the Emperor, ' His Majesty asks Princess Ares to be dressed up in royal attire and not her usual modern clothing that she 'buys' from 'FashionX''.

Little did the maid know that even if she conveyed this message, Ares would still wear what she likes, while giving the middle finger to those uncomfortable clothing.

"Mom!" screamed Ares while biting her lower lips, she subconsciously moved her gaze towards Noah and somehow, she was able to feel his emotions which contained unrestrained fury and killing intent and a lot of love towards her...

It was a mysterious feeling that caught her by surprise, she felt a shiver passing down her spine when she felt that unrestrained killing intent, but it was quickly replaced by love that soothed her heart and made her feel calm and peaceful.

Valentina clenched her fists and replied "I know, I am sorry Ares, your mother is useless....haha..." she chuckled in a self-deprecating manner.

Unfortunately, Valentina still needs to train a lot if she wishes to go against an entire Empire.

Sure, she can cause havoc and force the Empire to take heavy losses but the full power of an Empire will eventually cause her defeat.

Plus the fact that, now, her children can be used against her makes her heart bleed.

Attacking without focusing on anything else is very easy but attacking while protecting something is very difficult.

The fact that her beloved daughter may be used as a political tool made her heart clench, but what can a single person do against an entire empire?

"No mom, don't blame yourself, I'll go and exchange some pleasantries to keep that idiot satisfied," said Ares after the mysterious connection with Noah broke, in an attempt to calm Valentina.

Ares again felt a sudden rage and a killing intent so massive that can drown this entire world in rivers of blood and she looked towards Noah again,

but he had a poker face, with only an unpleasant expression.

Noah, this time was truly enraged after he heard Valentina blaming her inability to deal with such a situation.

'Hahahaha' Noah was crazily laughing in his mind, reminiscing the memories of the first few reincarnations after his beloved betrayed him for someone else, in his first reincarnation on a magical planet.

A killing intent that can't be rivaled, A killing intent so high that can make even [Immortals] tremble, even though they don't fear death, they do fear a crazy madman named [Immortal Chaos] that caused havoc across the entire Universe when he just gained [Immortality].

All this killing intent could be felt by Ares by an unexplainable method, but Ares knew that it was not directed towards her or Valentina, but someone else, so she was not bothered by it.

And she could also feel the love that Noah carried for her....she was happy and excited to know about Noah's feelings for her.....which caused her heart to flutter and beat rapidly, her red eyes shining with a pink colored 'heart sign' in middle, coupled with her exotic pink hair and beautiful face along with her exquisite curves can bring any man to fall on their knees and swore their loyalty to her and only her.

"brother...." she muttered under her breath that was slowly turning haphazard, her heart beating like war drums and her sacred cave was slowly turning wet.

"Hmm" Noah moved his gaze towards Ares.

'Why is she acting like this all of a sudden, what is happening to her? Did she break?' Noah thought while looking at Ares who was looking towards him with a gaze full of love and affection.

It looked like if given a chance she would melt into him.

"What's wrong Ares? Are you not feeling okay?" asked Noah curiously, because he didn't know that Ares was able to feel his emotions for her.

He was truly curious about what happened to her all of a sudden because even with his experience he could not tell why Ares was acting like a teenage girl who just found her first love.

He knew about Ares's feelings but it was not like she would drop her 'dignified princess' act in front of both Noah and Valentina and act like this....which intrigued him.

Valentina saw Ares's expression and squinted her eyes as if understanding something that she has been avoiding for a very long time, but she quickly suppressed it and did not let any emotions show on her face.

Forbidden love like this was heavily looked down upon Earth, there were hardly any couples that lived to tell the tale.

Such people and their families usually went missing, either they migrated to somewhere far away with new identities or they were wiped from the face of this world, either by their own parents or by someone else to not bring any shame to their families.

Valentina lightly faked a cough "Uhhm, Ares?"

Ares broke out from her reverie after realizing that Noah didn't know about his emotions somehow leaking to her.

She wiped that stupid smile and a small amount of drool that subconsciously leaked out of her mouth.

"It-it's nothing, I'll go now" Ares ran away immediately.

Noah raised his eyebrows a little, his purple eyes twinkled with curiosity and the mad-researcher that was buried deep within his heart finally found something... different and unique and interesting.

He could not explain Ares's sudden display of utmost love and devotion even with his countless years of experience.

To him, it was like a machine that should never be broken even under heavy usage, and stress broke under mild or light usage.

"Noah?" asked Valentina while looking at him who was lost in his own world because she didn't know how difficult it is for something to pique the interest of supreme existences of the Universe.

Noah broke from his trail of thoughts and moved towards Valentina and gave a kiss...

On her cheeks...

*Bam*

Noah was thrown out of the room with a kick in his stomach.

"You are not little anymore, go find a woman idiot!" shouted Valentina, then she closed the doors on his face.

"Tsk, Mom you are the best, I don't need anyone else!!" although Noah didn't try to seduce Valentina purposefully, he would not let his natural actions be influenced, so he would flirt with her from time to time.

A little bit of flirting never hurts anyone...
