It didn't take long for the jealous few in Kang Lei's class to start playing up. The more popular member a male omega called An Hua, felt Kang Lei went over and above on his apprenticeship, he glanced at Kang Lei hatefully, for he too was at the same interview to work at Dominic Lanxian mansion, but wasn't even given a chance to interview because it was announced that Kang Lei had got the job and now it looked like he hit the jackpot by landing the countries hottest and richest bachelor.

Just look at him creating such a fuss over his omega, it's just too precious" beamed Tang Tang clearly not reading the room.

An Hua became angered at Tang Tang's words he wasn't jealous and he'll show Tang Tang how he can take Mr Lanxian from Kang Lei right before his eyes, it's not like Kang Lei was anything special, yes he wasn't disadvantaged in his looks but An Hua is one of the most beautiful omega males it was piece of cake.

"Okay class quite down, as you all can see we have a guest, Mr Lanxian has come to class today, he clearly can't spend two minutes away from his omega…. Isn't that right Kang Lei?" The professor asked seriously at a red faced Kang Lei who's being stared at intently by Dominic like if he blinked Kang Lei would disappear.

Kang Lei elbowed Dominic in his hand "stop staring at me you idiot, why are you so embarrassing" Kang Lei held his head down and whispered as the professor began the class.

The next two hours was the longest moment in Kang Lei's life, not so much the constant staring and admiration from Dominic but the looks and glances that his classmates kept passing his way, some with shy smiles and others with malicious intent. At the end of class Dominic packed away Kang Lei books refusing to left his precious omega wife lift a finger, "Dominic am not BoJing I can do it myself you know" Kang Lei pouted at Dominic, "you and BoJing my are life, I have been waiting a long time to have a family to do all this little stuff for" he happily continued.

At that moment An Hua and his peers walked over, An Hua acting innocent and cute as he walked.

"Hello Mr Lanxian am An Hua, it's such an honour to meet you" An Hua stretched out his hand towards Dominic, what An Hua didn't expect is for the sweet and friendly demeanour of Dominic to suddley become ice cold. The smile on Dominic's face disappeared and his aura became dark and suffocating which could be felt be everyone in the room. An Hua was shocked as Dominic looked deep into his eyes with killing intent fully Imminent. Dominic's aura became more and more unbearable making it hard to breathe, Kang Lei saw the terrified faces of his classmates looking at him in horror as he sat comfortable unfazed by Dominic's behaviour.

"Dominic calm down you're scaring everyone" Kang Lei said gently. Dominic immediately calmed his aura returning his attention to Kang Lei, who was looking at An Hua unimpressed. "An Hua why are you here it's not like you to appear in front me" Kang Lei directly coldly spoke, he knew of An Hua character and how he had been made to believe he was something of great beauty.

An Hua though still effected by Dominic's aura, was now even more determined to show Kang Lei his place in front of everyone.

"Me… I wanted to say hi…. I saw what happened and I was just making sure your okay….. both of you" An Hua composed himself as he flirtatiously tucking his hair away and glanced seductively at Dominic.

Kang Lei who saw through An Hua intentions firmly pulled Dominic to stand behind him, "An Hua, I don't know who you think you are but your behaviour is inappropriate. First, this is my husband and not you or anyone is going to flirt their way into his bed, neither would he want something like you. Second, Did you really think I would stand here like a fool while you disrespect me openly. Hear this he's mine and I'll rip yours eyes out before you get your hands on him, in fact even in death I would make sure you couldn't step close. So back UP!" Kang Lei shouted shocking the room, Dominic on the other hand was grinning from ear to ear, hearing Kang Lei say such words and so passionately had truly boosted his ego a thousand percent.

An Hua was mortified he never imagined Kang Lei was so outspoken and to scolded him in such manner in front of everyone.

An Hua scoffed displeasingly "you think he'll still want you once you've ruined his life, from what MiMi WuXain said you're nothing but a used up play thing… wait isn't that how you got that bastard son of yours and now you want to act all high and migh—".

Before An Hua would breath another word Dominic sent a force of pheromones pinning him to wall, his eyes blood red and ready to rip him apart. "Dominic! Let him go and let me deal with him… stand behind me… I got this" Kang Lei said firmly his face serious, he was sick of people singing the same song and using such a traumatic part of his life to hurt him and tell him he didn't deserve the best.

You think am going to make your words discredit me, I have worked my ass off to get were I am today, I have been through hell and am still going. Domini, but have you ever thought dose he want any of you, and what makes you more special than me what your face?" Kang Lei scoffed proudly, why should he feel inferior to Dominic or feel like he owns him all the time, they both love and chose each other so they were now one.

Dominic couldn't be more proud of his Kang Lei, even though it hadn't been long since he had gone though such a terrible experience, he managed to pull himself throhgh mentally and keep going. For Dominic Kang Lei was the strongest and most amazing omega he has ever come across and this omega was his forever.
