Ye Chen who had recently reincarnated was confused as to why his cheat came 3 years after his reincarnation.

He understood that his cheat had been activated, but he did not instantly said yes to it but rather wanted to check whether it was worth it right now or not.

After pondering upon it for a while, he decided against it for a while, in order to test his improvement speed, he hoped that the activation of his cheat had effected his cultivation talent. Previously it had taken him a full 3 years to break through from being a mortal to a Qi refinement stage 1 cultivator.

A week passed, Ye Chen spent his time trying to cultivate but had no hope, in that week he wasn't even a close 1/1000 in filling up his dantain.

Seeing that there was no hope, Ye Chen told the system to reset.

Suddenly, the power in his body disappeared, he returned to just being a normal human with no extraordinary power or strength.

Before he could proceed a window appeared.

Not knowing what to do, Ye Chen continued to cultivate, he could clearly feel the increase in his cultivation speed.

Ye Chen Continued his daily routine, 8 hours of Cultivation, 8 Hours of outer sect work, and 8 hours of Sleep.

At first his cultivation reset caused a small conversation in the outer sect Golden Sword Sect, but it was only small, it was forgotten about after a day. But it pushed Ye Chen invest his 500 sect points into a basic qi concealment technique to not cause any trouble later.

This routine continued, and almost 3/4 of a year passed, which was the exact date that Ye Chen Broke through to Qi refinement stage 1.

Seeing his speed being 4 times faster, Ye Chen continued his cultivation. He was currently an outer sect member, and one that was infinitely close to a servant of the sect, his life had no excitement, he could either cultivate, work or sleep.

The blandness of his life continued, and he once again heard the same notification.

Ye Chen, once again felt the powerlessness of his cultivation being striped from his body, his body's tremendous strength once again dropped to less than a fraction of its normal.

Coming back to reality, he once again felt his tremendous cultivation speed boost, he now had more an ambition, in his heart the eagerness to become once again lightened up.

When he had originally reincarnated, he was eager to become a inner disciple as fast as possible, but that went away as soon as it took him more than a year to not even become a qi refinement stage cultivator. It was common knowledge that it would take 1.5 times longer to break through a higher realm.

Since Ye Chen originally took 3 year to break through qi refinement stage 1, it would take him an additional 4.5 years to break through to stage 2, and that continued until stage 9 of Qi refinement. He had no hope of breaking through, to stage 9 of Qi refinement stage, specially when Qi refinement did not expand one's life span, only a foundation establishment cultivator would gain extra life span as they cultivated, the first 9 stages each would give 15 years and last stage a whole 150 years. One could live for more than 3 hundred years as a peak foundation establishment cultivator, but similar to qi refinement stage, each stage of foundation establishment became harder to break through as higher ones realm became.

Life continued, until more than 2 months passed, Ye Chen became a qi refinement stage cultivator once again.

More than 3 months passes and Ye Chen became a Qi refinement stage 2 cultivator once again.

5 months later, he heard the same notif again.

6 month later he became a qi refinement stage 3 cultivator once again.

Without wasting anytime his cultivation once again broke through after more than 3 months and the same notification came.

Same notif appeared and same routine occurred.

His cultivation speed increased to 64 times normal.

4 and a half months later, his cultivation stopped at qi refinement stage 4.

And almost 3 months later the same notification appeared, and his cultivation speed increased to 100 times normal.

5 months later he was back to Qi refinement stage 5.

83 days later, he reached Qi refinement stage 6, but this time there was no notification of resetting.

Seeing that there was notification, Ye Chen thought that the System ability only worked up till Qi refinement stage 5, at first he was disappointed but soon that disappeared, as he understood that the system has given him a 100 boost on his normal cultivation talent.

This was a great boost, even if he could not increase his cultivation with the relent bursting pill given to inner sect members, he could at least enjoy the 3 times Qi density in the inner section of the sect.

The smile appeared back on his face and he continued his cultivation, his goal now was to reach 9th stage of Qi refinement.

With his current cultivation speed, that would only take him just slight over 1 and a half year.

He would still have more than 3 months to prepare for the sects inner sect member trials.

With a blink of an eye the time passed.

He was currently, around 26 years old, which was currently towards the older member of the outer sect, usually the outer sect members stayed here for 5 years, if they couldn't enter the inner sect they would just leave the sect and work for a wealthy noble that paid them well.

Ye Chen has been in the sect for around 10 years, his cultivation was now at the stage he wanted, and the Qi concealment no longer had any effect on blocking his cultivation realm, so he could only come out.

When he came out, the surrounding outer sect members were surprised as they could feel the oppressiveness of a higher cultivator from him, previously they all did not care about this sect member of theirs, as in their eyes he had been in this sect for 10 year and still hasn't started his cultivation journey. But now he had suddenly a higher cultivation then them.

The people were not stupid, they understood that he had concealed his cultivation before with one of the basic cultivation techniques. It was a common occurrence in the outer sect, usually those people were bombarded with people and elders after their cultivation was exposed.
