4 Chapter 4

The breeze on the beach was slightly cold, yet refreshing as it flew under their clothes while the sun shone from above. They had an hour or two before sundown.

Scarlet walked barefoot along the shoreline of the beach. Theo treaded right behind Scarlet with her sandals in his hands.

" Whoa-" Scarlet lost her balance in the soft sand and tilted to the side.

" Careful." Theo hurriedly grabbed her elbow to steady her.

" Thanks." Scarlet looked up at him, a slight smile gracing her lips. Theo got lost in her eyes for a moment.

Scarlets eyes used to be a dark hazel shade of brown, but now they looked like gold. A lot of Scarlets physical appearance had changed, while only two things had changed about Theo; his hair color and the disappearance of his hard worked muscles that he used to have. His hair now was a shade of blue that seemed natural, whereas in their previous life his hair color was a dirty blonde. His current body was an exact copy of his younger self in his early teens.

" Aghhaaa! Yosha!"

A loud voice yanked Theo out of his thoughts. Theo gazed over to the dirty side of the beach, littered with various sizes of junk.

A young teenage boy, dark green hair and freckles under his large green eyes, was pushing a large tire to an area full of recyclables. Further behind him was lanky blonde sickly looking older man, cheering on the boy.

" Found him. Come on, come on." Scarlet tapped Theo's arm in excitement before pulling him along.

Scarlet dragged Theo towards the boy.

" Hi!" Scarlet cheerfully greeted the green haired boy.

" H-hi...?" Stunned, the boy stuttered as he came face to face with the beautiful couple. " Ho-how can I help you?" He muttered shyly.

" We're new to town, so we've been walking around to get used to the place when we came across clean side of the beach down there. It's so beautiful! Are you the one that's been cleaning it?" Scarlet grinned.

' Is there any need for you to act friendly with the boy?' Listening to Scarlet spouting nonsense made Theo click his tongue in annoyance as he stared down at the other boy causing the other to flinch.

' Of course there's a need to, this is the protagonist of this world we're looking at. Everything interesting happens near him.'

' Ah, so that's why, for the drama.' Theo breathes out a sigh of relief before smiling helplessly at Scarlet.

The other boy watched their silent exchange before answering the girl. " Um, yes I'm the one who's been cleaning it this past month." He nodded.

" Wow, good job. Thanks for your hard work, it looks really beautiful and peaceful. I'll be coming by often, if that's okay with you?"

" Uh, y-yes that's fine..."

" Oh! My bad, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Scarlet!" Scarlet gave an informal bow of her head.

" Ah, I am Izuku Midoriya." Izuku bowed as well. Izuku glanced at the blue haired boy, who was no longer frowning, but just looked uninterested and bored at the moment.

" And this is Theo." Scarlet elbowed Theo to get his attention.

Theo sighed before turning towards Izuku, speaking in the still language foreign to him. " Hello." He nodded, finally acknowledging Izuku.

" Ah, yes, hello."

" So why are you doing all this cleaning by yourself? Community service? Or is it a punishment from your dad?" Scarlet glances at the lanky version of All Might, standing on the road a few kilometers behind them.

" Eh?! Ah, no no, that's not my father, he's um my teacher. And this training for me." Izuku raised his hands, waving them in denial as he explained the situation.

" Training? We were looking for some place to train too! We're taking the entrance exam to UA hero high school."

" Oh, me too, I'm training for that exam too!" Izuku nodded excitedly.

" Such a condicience! Hey, why don't we train together some time, my future schoolmate?" Scarlet grinned, extending her hand towards Izuku for a hand shake.

" S-sure, it would be my pleasure." Izuku dizzily shook Scarlet's hand.

" I look forward to our friendship, Izuku. We have to go now, but see you tomorrow!" Scarlet chuckled and waved goodbye to Izuku as she walked away with Theo.

" Friends... friends!" Izuku gasped as he continued to mutter to himself.

From behind him, All might walked closer to him. " Young Midoriya, I see you've made some friends. Good for you." All Might patted Izuku's shoulder.

Izuku thanked him and continued to mutter, lost in his own world. He missed the dark look on the number one hero's face.

When that young girl glanced at him, he felt like all his secrets were laid bare in front of her. She felt a bit... dangerous...

All might shook his head, pushing those thoughts to the back of his head. She's still a young girl.

He'll make sure she stays on the right path when he sees again at UA high school. For most definitely, she would pass.
