My Feelings For You, Park Jimin (my childhood friend)

Hey guys!! I'm Y/N. And I'm studing at an university at the city, Seoul. And I work at a coffee house as part time job for my future savings. I grew up in Busan. I had to come to seoul for higher education but my parents, at first refused but I told how important it was, for me to study in that university.

Then my mom convinced my dad to let me study there. Then they lended me some money, but they cried a lot on the day I left. I could still picture them. K forget about it. Now I'm at the..... suddenly,"Hey Y/N! Come here fast."

This my friend Mia. She was my friend from highschool. We literally were inseperable. Everyday we used to do something. We both study at the same university but we took different courses and she also does part time job at the coffee house.

She started draging me and said,"Look at the T.V. IT'S MY FAVOURITE BOY BAND OF ALL, BTS. Look at their dance Y/N. They look so hot. Don't they??" With a sigh, i said, " Mia, seriously girl. Everyday you ask me and i give you the same answer, NOT REALLY ACCORDING TO ME!!!!"

Then my eyes fall on one of the member, who i see eveytime, everyday, whenever Mia asks me to look at the T.V.

It was Jimin. Yes, Jimin, my childhood friend. I know, no one would ever believe me. They'll think i am doing this for popularity. But i haven't told anyone, except for Mia cause she was so close to me and she was a good secret keeper.

Then Mia suddenly noticed me gazing at one of the members," Yo Y/N, who are you staring at, jimin again?? Seriously, i still can't believe you were his childhood friend."

Jimin was not only my best friend at school but also my neighbour. His father and my father were close family friends and our mothers also became friends eventually. We both were born on the same day, and both our moms would take care of is together. We both were inseperable before. We would spend our time playing, studying and going out, literally everything together. But when we were 16, he had suddenly moved to the city. His father got transfer at the city.

I missed him so much. I cried a lot and he did too. Then for a week, we used to chat and send messages. But, after a few days i never heard back from him. I was also busy with my final exams so i gotta ignore that. Then we never were in contact after that. We did have a small chat after few months, but never got in touch again. I still miss him.

Then i walked away, thinking that whether he would still remember me or would he recognize me. 'What if i see him, but he doesn't know me? What if he rejects our friendship?'

I started having negative thoughts like these. Then Mia saw me in confusion and sadness and requested me to go home and take rest. But i refused and stayed and said her that i was fine.
