Chapter 1 Bai Li Qing Ruo

Cling!

A shrill sound of metal is heard followed by a heavy forehead that causes the dozing Bai Li Qing Ruo to open the pair of heavy eyelids with a frown.

"Milady, your robes are ready."

Ah Ling, said to her master, who was relaxing in the warm marble pool, with glistening aqua-blue spiritual spring water.

"Who....who are you?"

Hoarse-toned and pale-looking Qing Ruo, asked the adorable gingered-haired and grey-eyed girl, standing with a tray that had ancient-looking robes of exquisite precious materials.

"Are you joking, milady? It is I, your maidservant, Ah Ling."

The maidservant laughed with a sweet smile, playing along with her master.

"Ah Ling? "

Qing Ruo gave a clueless and absent-minded expression, her voice confused.

She looked down and found herself naked in a beautiful pool of glistening spring water.

"Ahh!"

Qing Ruo screamed in embarrassment covering her body with her hands as much as she could albeit to no avail.

"Are you alright, milady?"

Her sudden scream made the adorable maidservant anxious, as she rushed towards Qing Ruo.

"My.....my clothes. Leave it there and go!"

Qing Ruo ordered Ah Ling as she tried turning to the opposite of where her maidservant was facing her.

Ah, Ling nervously did as told and left the spacious room after bowing.

Now, Bai Li Qing Ruo no, rather Su Qing Ruo was all alone in that room. She quickly got dressed in the robes Ah Ling brought her and looked at herself in a small mirror in the room.

Bewildered by the figure in the mirror, Qing Ruo gasped, touching her face to make sure it was her in the mirror.

'Is this me?'

Flawlessly pale skin, lengthy and silky dark brown hair, greyish-blue azure eyes, a small black mole near her left eye, well-proportioned nose and cheeks, natural soft fiery lips, and above all, a slim, slender, and tall body with seamlessly perfect proportions.

However, the moment she stopped smiling, Qing Ruo instantly looked cold, distant, and.....slightly scary to look at, even in an honest judgment.

'Where am I? How is all this even possible?'

A perplexed Qing Ruo had a face of disbelief and confusion, unable to comprehend her situation. That's when all of a sudden, an unrealistic idea hit her.

' Did I just transmigrate somewhere in ancient times?'

Ah Ling enquired, a tint of worry about their situation appearing on her eyes and brows.
