Marvel: Typhon the Maker

(Cover Image is not mine) In my life as a human, I was an artist, creating various works of art and drawings both during my actual work and during my spare time. I drew monsters, some from myths and legends, others from popular shows, anime, comics, and things like that. Sometimes it was due to my self-interest and other times it was because I was hired. I didn't make it big or anything like that but I was still living a good life, had a wife eventually alongside some kids but well old age gets to everyone eventually. I was sad that I was dying, but I accepted it, I had my children and one or two grandchildren alongside me. That and the rest of my family but I didn't have my wife alongside me, my muse, Rose, kept me grounded, and made sure my mind didn't wander off too often. When she died it broke all our hearts and well I went to a dark place, my work got darker, and the few clients I had noticed this as well. I think it was this dark part of my life that got its attention, I had no idea what it truly was all I saw was a bright light and it put something in me, my very soul, and tossed me through a vortex. Then I appeared on a lifeless planet, alongside countless other beings each one a newborn like myself. Then I knew what I was, what that being gave me, and the power I now wielded. I was Typhon the Maker, the origin of the monsters of the universe, and wielder of the Annihilation Maker from DxD. This was my purpose, for I was no longer human and nowhere near my timeline/world.

A God is Born

My name was Richard Alphonse, a moderately well-known artist, I made enough to support my family and did a few dare I saw amazing pieces. At least in my humble opinion but my true passion was monsters, drawing and creating them sometimes my own unique creations, while others form myths and legends, that and from comics, anime, things like that. My wife, m-m-my long since dead wife kept me grounded, kept me tied to the world in her way.

Luckily our kids got more of her in them, they were able to keep in touch with reality help me during her funeral, and keep me attached to the world during my final moments. I was able to give them a proper goodbye and be their father one last time before my untimely demise.

As darkness took me one last time, I could still feel my being, the darkness all around me. I could feel my mind clear up, and feel like I was young again but I was still afraid. I didn't understand what was happening, in life I was agnostic and I just didn't know what happened after death. Yet I didn't think it would be this, a void with only my consciousness to keep me company. I couldn't sit, I couldn't truly stand, my body was just a bright yellow light with only the outline of a human form.

I was so alone for so long with only a few memories of what I was before, of my humanity, and my death. It felt like hundreds of years passed before something new happened, it was a golden bright light one that overwhelmed the darkness and me as well. In its presence I was but an ant, and at that moment I was no longer agnostic for I knew god was real, no longer an unknowable existence as I did before.

It stretched out its hand which somehow stopped me from moving and yet it was smaller than me at the same time as it put something in me. A thing I did not understand nor did I know why he gave whatever this thing. I didn't have time to process this information as a wormhole opened up with colors I had not seen in so long. Then the hand grew and grabbed me, shoving me into the wormhole and sending me to where it only knew.

I traveled through thousands of worlds, no I was traveling through thousands of universes with no end in sight. Then perhaps a miracle or through the beings will a gate appear, with a being who will not be equal to the one who tossed me in here was powerful in such a way I still could not describe. It saw me and grabbed my soul, my being, and shoved it into a lifeless planet for what purpose I had no idea. Yet I could sense others, somehow I could sense other beings besides me but I didn't know how.

Yet that wasn't the most surprising thing, I could feel, I could feel the ground all around me, I could feel a body forming around my soul. In a way, I was being sculpted by a far greater artisan than I ever was. I was being born anew after so long in the darkness with only my memories to keep me company. Now I was part of something new, something far greater and while I didn't understand it or why I was chosen perhaps the answer will reveal itself soon enough.

It took years for all of us, my fellow beings to be born from the ground, from the hand of the one who started this all. I didn't know how I knew his name but from the first moment my mind was made flesh I knew it.

Demiurge.

That was the being's name, the one who grabbed me and shaped me into what was. The being who made all of us and while we had no relation to one another, we all came from this begins hands or whatever it had for a body. We all however did not have names yet, for we were not yet born but even I knew knowledge was being embedded in us even if we weren't born yet.

I wasn't the first to become fully developed and to know their name but we all eventually learned this and would be born from the Earth from the power of the Demiurge at the same time.

The last year before we would appear did I learn my name, did I learn what I would bring not only to this earth but to this universe. In my mind, I said this, and I accepted that my name was no longer Richard Alphonse.

{My name is Typhon the Maker of Monsters, he who would spread them across the universe and is the wielder of the power of the Annihilation Maker from DxD one of the less mythological accurate animes}

Then once the final year passed we all rose from the earth with our arms in the air as we crawled out of the ground. As my body rose from the ground I shaped it to match what I believed I needed to be, I made clothes from my excess skin creating dark robes and white long-laced gloves that were white. My dark tendrils from my being dripped to the ground like roots that traveled alongside me freely. My eyes were red, and my pupils were black alongside the ones underneath my skin-made cloak I had other spring-from-me ones that resembled large human-looking ones.

I didn't know why or how, but I knew this was the right form the one that suited me best amongst all other possibilities. I saw countless other ones, beings like freshly born from the earth each one knowing what they were and what we all were. Yet one feeling came bubbling to the surface, something I knew none of us could ignore. The need to fight each other, to slay all others, to be uncaring of what happens after it is all done.

The first to clash was a being made of a storm, wielding a weapon perfect for them against another made of bones and fires. They were the first to clash and we all followed soon after as I tried my best to figure my next move out.
