“Okay,” I said. “If you’re sure, but realize that the house, hotel, and aquarium have increased in value since Emily was bought out.”
“Not a problem,” Cole said. “Emily got the financial value of half at the time and she invested most of it. Those investments increased in value as well. I assure you, this is fine. What is here is yours, brother.”
“Okay,” I said.
“So, what are you going to do with it?”
“I don’t know,” I confessed. “With Antoine and Charlie in the picture, I want to keep it and bring them here, at least to visit and see, to let them know that they have a home with me also. Olivia seems to think that it would be a good idea for Antoine to spend some time with me.”
“What do you think about that?” Cole asked.
“I think it’s a great idea,” I said. “I’m just not sure that Antoine will.”
“Have you talked to him?”
