Mu Yue then thrusts the sword near Xiao Yan's head. It did not hit any skin but the protective covering of Xiao Yan was pierced. Even the shell she made was pierced through.

"My protective covering that acts as a second tougher skin and the shell made of spiritual energy was pierced... my skull would also be pierced if that were to hit me. I concede."

Mu Yue sheathed her sword and checked on Xiao Yan. "Did you get injured?"

"Other than the frostbite I received that is already healed, none. Perhaps mentally? You are too strong, such a short time yet such a huge gap. I am so weak..."

Hei Long added, "True, very weak. Could not even reach half of her strength. How unworthy."

Mu Yue glared at Hei Long. "You should stop being rude"

"What he said is true though... Thankfully, I will be able to catch up to you when I'm in the Core Formation Stage. Like you, I would receive something from my parents." Xiao Yan said.

"Hmm... Don't be discouraged... Although you are really weak, so weaker than Mu Yue, you have great potential. Anyway, you have a lower cultivation level and it's expected for you to lose. I hope you become worthy." Hei Long commented while going out.

"Yeah, Xiao Yan. I think the nearer I am on being a celestial, the lesser improvement in strength I will get. My mom told me that my body is almost comparable to a celestial, it's just lacking something special that separates celestial bodies from cultivator bodies. That also contributed to my strength."

Mu Yue then thought of how Xiao Yan was currently stuck on her cultivation. She was curious if she could help and so she hug Xiao Yan and concentrated.

Using the former will not have any pain but using the latter will inflict a great amount of pain as well as temporary damage to the body.

Mu Yue thought that she was constantly doing the latter and yet although there was pain, her body was not damaged. As soon as her energy 'breaks the wall', the energy heals the damages as it passes.

When Mu Yue stopped, Xiao Yan quickly pushed her away. She was nervous... a mistake and her insides might explode.

What she did ended up nourishing Xiao Yan. In dual cultivation, the man would have a higher amount of Yang while the woman would have a higher amount of Yin. Through circulation, both sides will have a balance of Yin and Yang temporarily that will greatly speed up cultivation. As for when a woman receives Yin, it will nourish her body. Same thing if a man receives Yang. When an extreme Yin dual cultivates with an extreme Yang, the speed is greatly enhanced as both are very far from reaching balance. It's like playing hell difficulty and then you tried Easy difficulty.

The two returned back to rest for a while. Mu Yue was thinking about how she can create a proper method to help Xiao Yan.

She occasionally sends glances towards Xiao Yan and the latter nervously smiles back.

Mu Yue finally thought of two ways she can effectively transfer her energy to Xiao Yan. She will try it at night when the moon comes up for her to have more control. Since the Lunar Cultivation Method was what made it responsible for her to have quick and easy breakthroughs, then maybe having the moon would help on what she wanted to do.
