CHAPTER 4- Outing

"We both know something is fishy about you firstly you come through the window and secondly you gave me colourful flowers all in the name of being romantic. Come on spill the beans or rather break the coconut I want to see what is inside ".

           "  Hmm I see you are getting smarter by the day. well I want to show you something ". Aphrodite open their eyes in awe , excitement , she was full of so many emotions at the time. " well you have to follow me if you want to see it because it is not here".

               " Are we going out of the palace?" she asked

             "Yes we are . I know you will be worried about being caught but let's just enjoy the moment ,just the two of us consider it as a date or an outing".

        " So are we going to teleport or  are you going to open a portal which one is it".

      "Well I guess I am tired of teleporting and portal so we're going to run" she gave him a confused look "I am just joking but running is involved. we are more or less going on an adventure".

       Hades told Aphrodite to ware  well-suited clothes that she would be able to walk in freely.

        Hades lost his breath on seeing her. He began to look at her slowly from down her feet's to top.

       She wore a pair of black boots with a pair of black leather pants 👖 and a black turtleneck top. "I guess I am ready your Highness".

       Hades set a rope which led to the backyard of the palace, he taught Aphrodite how to slide down the rope. when they were on ground ,Hades personal nights hypnos 'god of sleep'

was waiting for them.

        Well they don't call him hypnos for nothing . He  put all the guards to sleep and they managed to leave the palace undetected.

When they were finally out of the palace, Hades introduce Aphrodite to his black beauty 'Hecate' .

     They rode for an hour before finally reaching the ocean. Hades had told hypnos to be their watch and also decorate the ocean so that he could surprise her ,because today was a very special day for both of them. It was the day they fell in love ,it was the anniversary.

       Hades had kept a blind fold over her eyes and as soon as they reached the ocean ,he helped her get off the horse and untied the blindfold. She was in awe,  she was so excited that she didn't even notice the decoration but instead she ran into the water.

       Aphrodite had never been to the ocean ,she had never been anywhere but the palace.

          Aphrodite took notice of the decoration and she ran out of the water and went towards what looked like a dome shape overhead decoration.  In it was a white large swing that had two swamp statue at both sides that served as arm rest.

        Hades walked towards Aphrodite and took her hands in his and walked her to the swing.

      They both sat down on the swing and she rested her head on his shoulder and they both began to read the stars . She spotted the star that looks like a beer and he spotted the star that looks like a heart shape and he whispered to her saying "even the stars says I love you to her highness" she chuckled.

       "Least I forget I have been assigned on my very first mission " Aphrodite said.

      "And what might that be my lady"

" I am to find out what my powers are" she said . For a moment Hades had a look of fear in his eyes and for some minutes there was an awkward silence. "Hmm I see well then since it is your first mission then I am going to be your sidekick my lady"

     Aphrodite finally looked at Hades in the eyes and so many thoughts drifted through her mind and ever so slow,  he leaned in until his face was finally touching her and then...
