Leofrançois, Because the Militia soldiers recognized she is the country's beloved Princess and Duchess and of course the sister of the 51st Emperor and the wife of the Praetor, after the video was ended by killing his Mother the video was sent to the emperor and his Father, Than later the censored video was released to the Media.

Devastated by the happenings Nicholas had an outburst of rage unable to control himself, He shouted to his Sister "INUYA HIDE NOW!!" While the Militia soldiers are distracted Inuya was able to hide and cover then Nicholas quickly reached to his Grandmother's katana, Than he killed all the militia by only his Grandmother's family katana at this moment Nicholas never realized he used his ancient ancestors ability but he only used a fraction of it.

(btw this is kinda a fictional military tactic, it is based on the ancient strategy used by roman soldiers.) He said this to his Father and everybody agreed to take the formation and succeeded but more militia is coming, they rush to the shuttle and escaped the Battle.

Just at the nick of time they see the IMPERIUM MORTEM BOMB A.K.A. The Atomic Bomb, It has 90 Megatons of T.N.T. capable of incinirating half of Konoharai and half of the next city; Washington. Days later half of Konoharai and Washington is a wasteland but the Empire is not giving up the whole country and all of its colony so they have no choice to grant a peace treaty and made a deal with the A.I.R. leaders that all of the Eastern Colonies that has been colonized for centuries will now be free by the Empire's rule, So they have a agreement. Weeks later after the treaty A.I.R. declared independence after 115 years of war and make it a Official Sovereign Nation and changed the name of Anti-Imperialism Revolutionists to E.L.D. or EASTERN LAND OF DEMOCRACY.
