That is why we put a minimum threshold for the hunters to go through to get the promotion. But some prodigies gain way more power quickly, and using their strength to clear low-level dungeons would be a waste. That is why the association decided to let them have another way of coming through the examination. That is to raid a dungeon in E-rank within a stipulated period."
