" Well you're more of a noob being carried but regardless this power is the real deal. To start A summoner belongs to the Omni/null element meaning those capable of manipulating all elements or pure mana. The humans call their nonsentient monster summons familiars because they build a familiar relationship with them by absorbing them into their mana. There they grow based off the human's skill and mana sometimes reaching a new level and evolving. The summoners can house multiple familiars but must rationalize the amount for the sake of individual growth of each. This is why humans, elves, dwarves, and goblins are idiots with no spine." Both educational and insulting.

" You won't think so when you listen! If you take the slave contract and guardian contract you get a being that is bonded and sentient but exist externally. They can live an grow and have full lives yet run to you at your beck and call. Very merciful of me, yet unlike a familiar can't be revived by your mana without a spell. They can do something no human expected was possible, self-evolve."

" What?"

" They believed variant races are just the gods' natural creations but they are actually beasts that swear their souls to other beings transforms the guarding to a soul binding which allows absorbing of their element and creating a new evolved monster upon its time. Upon the master's death, the abilities and skills are their own and they could even breed it into their children. This is how so many races survive and thrive here and why our nomadic and tribal reptilian races are okay."

" Is this some kind of trade secret?"

Well yeah everyone has one, humans can use the most powerful healing and the only ones who can revive or resurrect, demons can use a myriad of curses and rituals, elves can literally give fauna life, Dwarves the same but with dirt, and goblins that are important and strong enough can manipulate space. Only Lizardmen, Kobolds, and a few of our draconic brethren know this method with of course a few exceptions like humans we teach or Lizardmen who learn from humans because their methods are faster." Across space and time in a new world and the young generation still have a sense of instant gratification in wanting to be strong.

" Instant gratification my ass! Blasphemous, blasphemous I tell you! If both magic casters start at age 12 our caster is guaranteed to be stronger in 5 years! A two-year difference!"

" What about those humans?"

" It's complicated and you would be like what!" So that's honesty.

" Say it anyway after all it could come in handy to know of someone dangerous like that."

" We call them [Lizard noises] or the scaleless. I don't allow the killing of children, but if a kid inflicts a serious wound or fatality I allow their capture. We raise them and teach our language and method of magic. They can leave the tribe after certain conditions including a tribal mark so their merit goes to the tribe."

" You were right, but now I know to watch out because a handful of normal people can use it."

" Here just take these, < Summon: Komodo Dragon Archer>, < Summon: Komodo Dragon SpellCaster>, < Summon: Komodo Dragon Shielder>, <Summon: Komodo Dragon Assassin>. I think this will do for now, I got a considerable amount of strength today so I threw in quite a few summon each one. Also, bring Ko so he can judge." I call each one out focusing on the imagined design.

" What!" The Komodos all look confused but Ko who looks around then bows.

" Master and Great Goddesses, it's a pleasure to be called again." (Ko)

" Story your true"(K.Defender)

" Oh, my Goddess!"(K.SpellCaster)

" H-Hello is master you?"(K. Archer)

" Master, and Great Goddess thanks for having me in your presence!"(K. Assassin)

" Thank you, warrior and assassin for showing proper manners. I was sure Ko would mention it and you could feel the power difference. Regardless you were Summoned, and this is your master. A human yes but due to contract is my other half as you can tell." Their shock turned into shame as Khaos spoke, though I can tell anything she said. Ko is a bit larger than yesterday is all and I feel no different either.

" Well, Ko seeing as you were first to react and the one I named first I'll let you choose: are those here strong?"

" Y-Yes!" His voice had conviction but he had a small bit of doubt.

"Are you sure everyone's potential could be cultivated to be of use." Good thinking Khaos the ability to improve matters most.

" Yes, Master!" Better this time no doubt.

" Seeing as his power is developing your gifts won't be as prominent as your elders but in time it could to a small extent rival. His power will become your own and his strength will be forged from you. A bit untraditional but things never go to plan-" She Smirks

" When you live with CHAOS!!" That sounded kinda badass.

" Names are a must from now on so you will be: Kap(Shielder), Kyle(Archer), Koko(SpellCaster), and Kol(Assassin). You guys will be Komodo Korps. Now that that's handled please explain more." I pass the floor to Khaos.

" As you guys know I call your elders Chaotic Raiders and their skill in both class and magic are ridiculous in comparison. Well in truth As I grew even stronger they mastered their crafts and as I gained skills they wove my magic into their own such as [lizard noises] use of the shock javelin as he is aligned with fire. Pretty amazing huh."

" So if we serve Master we get stronger, Master call us to make him stronger?" Koko said somewhat confused. I guess they never spoke the language much so first time or rare user will be like this but she's smart.

" You're correct now my first mission is to learn to fight using your different skills. Based on my understanding, my contract just gave me a small amount of your skill because the trade is too little as of now. Can you fix that o great dragon of Khaos?"

" What do I look like a Cheat Code!"

" I mean you're a dragon that's basically the cheat code of all fantasy worlds."

" Touché, I'll give you some stuff the SpellCaster doesn't know. Nothing too fancy though giving you skills is sharing more of my energy to someone who can't give back yet. Her spells are available to share too you know. <Thundershock>, <Pyroblaze>, <Frostcannon>, <Tremor>, <whirlwind>, <Khaos Klaw>. There, also I like the whole K instead of C so for now on I will be the great Khaos Dragon."

" Yes, Great Goddess Khaos Dragon."

" Great Now you'll make humans play in Mortal Kombat."

" Hahaha, Yes! The knowledge of your world will make an excellent source for my plans of entertainment." The Komodo Korps just sit there and accept her and all her madness.

" Getting back on topic. Right now seeing as you guys each got that, we'll do a group practice. Kol let me borrow your sword so I can practice with Ko for a moment. Next, you and Ko will switch, then I will start with Koko and Kap, then Kyle will just give me pointers on how to use it as we go."

Ko stepped up and as Kol gave me the sword I tapped into my assassin skills. I start by charging in and with a feint swing I go around to his left side and Ko quickly snapped his sword over to block. He didn't expect me to loosen my grip and let the blade slide past over my head as I elbow him and judo throw him to the floor.

" Wow, and I only got a fraction of these skills. I've never moved so fluid in my life! Alright, once more Ko and this time actually try I may look new at this but I'm as good as Kol was a few years ago." 

This time Ko took the initiative and his swing almost slung me across the cave.

" Warriors too strong speed!" Thanks, Kol you're great!"

This time I jump overhead but got tail swiped as I moved behind. I crouch under the blade and go for a stab only to be kicked by his larger form. I get to my feet in time to dodge the strike. Even with the agility edge, it's hard to keep up. I push forward and instead of using my sword I imagine my hand covered in scales and making a claw out of each nail. Using <Khaos Klaw> I push the blade aside and puts my sword to his neck. He seems disturbed by my clawed hand rather than the sword.

" Ooh, the soul bind is working. I know you didn't know this but I adapted to look human so you will also become more draconic. After all, using a claw attack doesn't give a claw normally." Cool, I'll become a dragonnewt. I hope I don't look weird though.

" Master is amazing!"(Koko)

" Astonishing."(Kol)

" Is this a spar or discipline Master."(Ko)

" It was a skill jump, his skill as an assassin rose. Nicely done, you seem to have skill for this."

" Okay, Ko let me have your sword and Kol step up."

" Yes Master, I will do my best."

" I can already see you won't give me an easy first round but no matter I need to be flexible in my use anyway."

I get in a sturdy pose seeing as an assassin would use speed in openings while moving to his advantage. He approaches for a swing and as I recognize the feint so I kick left to push him back though it's countered by his own kick. I take a step back and do a powerful slash and though he struggled he blocked and deflected it to get closer and held his blade ready to strike.

" Okay, this fight is yours. I thought you said assassins don't fight warriors directly."

" Well, that's for when you're not above their level and if you're a normal assassin." A bit cheeky but I like it.

" Alright, one more go then we move to Koko and Kap. Let's start."I start with a thrust and he blocks with noticeably more difficulty as I activated the skill<thrust>. I wanted to mostly get used to using the natural reaction and movements but techniques are a must in this scenario. As he slides under I give him a straight kick in the face and being that knocks him to the ground. He quickly rolls and tries to throw a dagger at me. I deflect it and used < Dark Slash> sending a sharp wave he could only dodge and as he did I hit him with the hilt and pinned him.

" Excellent use Master, truly a formidable warrior."

" Easy there he can pass but I wouldn't give him any outstanding marks, next up."

I return Ko's sword and Koko comes over." Master spell cast any good?"

" Well with my little experience beforehand no, maybe now I can."

" I block you attack that good." Wow, he spoke like no English before too.

" Okay." Probably need to keep our exchange small.

I use her instructions to help with my magic. Seeing the spell's appearance isn't enough you have to feel the mana flowing into it and adjusting the amount. At first, the < Thundershock> was chaotic, and the lightning was jumping out of control.

" Try thinking of a thunderbolt but also an electric ball! It's unusual but give it a shot." I don't really understand what she wants so I concentrate on my best mental image.

" I instead imagine the lightning curling and even though it's black now but the lightning seems more control the amount used is controlled by the fact that it's spinning in and out constantly. I release the thunder orb but think of mana going to it and when it hit I sent a burst of mana through the link and cause the size to double.

" Yeah, no need to keep at it he's a doomed spell caster."

" What! That was good wasn't it?"

" Nope that's an entirely different spell but hey at least I didn't have to teach it."

" Kap, let me have your shield for a moment." He hands it to me with a piece of advice.

" All about timing."

I get into a hunch to best maximize the block and I take the first spell head-on using<Fortify>. She used some air spell pushing me though I haven't moved an inch. She started using my lightning spell just now. I use <magic resist> and <fortify> and though it hurt quite a bit I manage to hold on.

" Block good use more skills or dodge"

I decide to side step the fireball, if I'm going to dodge I should see how to move with this heavy thing. Though a little difficult it's pretty possible to do small dexterous movements. Then I should try the <deflect> skill next. I bounce the <frost cannon> right back it shocked Koko but Ko and Kol took care of it before it connected.

" You have to be careful and attentive."(Ko)

" We are serving master we can't make these mistakes."(Kol) I guess she hasn't had much combat practice but her magic would benefit the formation so we will just learn together.

" Okay, Khaos what you think?"

" Small shield warrior with a hidden blade and a bow. That way you can take advantage of your best styles as I expected even with a contracted mage you're hopeless but at least you can use it so a sneak shot every now and then should be helpful."

" I guess I could deal, I wanted to hear warrior mage."

" Yeah no, don't try to use any of those huge spells unless you plan on destroying my cities before I go to play. I will show you things more painful than a tail slap." Her smile seemed playful but her eyes held an edge.

" Returning to the topic at hand we will be hunting a random monster of Khaos's choice. We will mostly be working on team synergy in case I'm in a pinch and need all four of you."

" That will be the gray basilisk or Red grizzly whichever I find interesting at the moment. Both of their meat is delicious I can't wait to find one."

" Isn't eating a snake kinda like cannibalism?"

" No, they are lower on the list than lizardmen maybe even kobolds. Besides there aren't any cold-blooded dragons but a few warm blooded snakes. We are like creatures of slightly different taxonomy.

" Taxonomy?"(Koko)

" Don't worry about it, it's a weird thing she picked up. Okay, so I will send Ko back to gather these items and inform everyone of you guys new names and duties. Remember warrior armor, small shield, and a hidden blade. I don't really know about what sizes I am." He wraps me with his tail around my chest then arms then waist.

" I have it covered Master." He looks content though that felt pretty weird.
