Vessel Of Descent
Living in a world where dungeons, monsters, raids, hunters, and artefacts were common things to be found in day to day life. Darius Crystallo, one of the three heirs of the Crystallo family was sent to Korea at the age of 13 to avoid endangering him due to family conflicts and to possibly spread the family's influence more.
Along with the most trusted butler that the master of their family branch sent to take care of him, Darius, now renamed Cheon Jum, quickly got used to his current life. Until he turned 15 where he was taught how to do business after that, life became hard and uncomfortable due to the presences of other people at close distances from him.
Especially because he has mysophobia and a severe case at that. So time passed by and in the blink of an eye, he was already 19 and the symptoms are not as worse as before after receiving some treatment and apart from feeling discomfort and the urge to clean all things he had thoroughly, all was normal.
But it seems like life still hasn't let go of him yet cause one day when he was about to attend a regular meeting between the CEOs, an accident occurred due to a rift along with monsters appearing out of nowhere and successfully breaking the public train's course then sending the train to the sides with a screech.
A lot of passengers inside the train were wounded and the monsters from the rift started to ransack the locomotive as well as try to kill either unconscious or wounded passengers there. Though thanks to some hunters, most were protected. On the other hand, Darius was one of the unconscious people so he wasn't able to see a golden-coloured object head towards and sink to his head
And due to the chaos or just simply some strange 'phenomenon', no one noticed the glowing object that was probably a high levelled artefact. So in the end, Darius became a chosen without becoming an awakened first.
By the time he awoke, three days have already passed and he was greeted by an extravagant-looking golden screen.
Starting from that day onwards, Darius encountered many bizarre events as the artefact inside his body kept attracting strange people, creatures, treasures, and existences he had never heard of.
But everyone cannot only experience a life full of rainbows and unicorns right?
All the beings that whispered to him day and night all have one motive.
And that motive was for him to grant them descent.
In exchange for power.
But what if he keeps on denying them?
One must know that patience never lasts.
But what will happen?
If all the beings that curried favour to him at first all finally lost their patience?
Will he be controlled forcefully?
Will he be able to fight back?
Will he be able to keep himself from falling apart?
Questions are as endless and old as the Cosmo.
Time may never be stagnant.
But it will forever repeat.
Until the desired outcome is reached.
