Chapter 77...Clash

"Who are you, petty human, how dare you?" - Thor roared loudly.

It seemed like Thor hadn't yet come to terms with him being only as strong as a human as of yet.

"Oh my God, it's you!" - Darcy exclaimed.

She couldn't believe that the Wizard was right in front of her eyes, it was unbelievable, he was even more handsome in person.

Jane was also surprised by this, They both ignored the angry Goldilocks and stared at Jack who was in the form of Cedric.

Jack stared at the god for a while, he didn't want to antagonize the god, he was his ticket to Asgard.

"I know of your status as a god, but the fact that you are here, in this pathetic state and no aura of divinity on you, it means you have been stripped of your powers." - Jack said.

Darcy And Jane were both surprised by what Jack said, this mean that the weird man in front of them was a god.

All the talk about the nine realms was real, how the whole world was filled with countless gods and those things about stars and dwarfs and giants were all real.

At first, Jane and Darcy both believed that this guy was just a bit of a screw loose. they couldn't help but look at him in a good way now.

Thor on the other hand was happy, someone finally knew who he was, though if he had paid mind to Cedric, Thor would know that Cedric had already called him a God.

"Finally!, someone who knows what they are talking about, though I have never seen you before so I dont know you, my friend"

Thor hollered as he smashed another mug, everyone turned to look at the weird man, fortunately, no one recognized Jack so it didn't cause any inconvenience.

They were in Mexico and people didn't experience any super-powered incident yet.

"Who are you anyway?, how do you know about me?, I thought humans had forgotten us." - said Thor.

"Most of them have, and most of them are as ignorant as they can be, but some of us still remember you all." - said Cedric.

"And you should, we have been protecting you for thousands of years, it's good that you people haven't forgotten us." - Thor laughed as he chugged down the beer.

Cedric was taken aback by Thor's behavior, he could feel his blood boil at the way Thor spoke.

"Protect us?!, don't make me laugh!, you guys are the reason our people have shed blood, it's better if you just shut your mouth and don't talk about this, the ice giants came down to Earth just to kill us and conquer because the oh so great all father said we were under his protection!" - Cedric replied.

He might be new to This Marvel world but the extended knowledge in Kamar Taj shaped him to be a knowledgeable man.

Thor was surprised by what Jack said and became angry, he moved forward to grab Jack's collar but Jack grabbed his hands and held them tightly in place, applying enough force to hear god grunt in pain.

"Believe me, you don't wanna do that." -

Cedric warned, although he wanted to befriend Thor, that didn't mean he wanted to take shit from him as well.

The future thor who knew his responsibility and had humbleness in him was the Thor he wanted, not this idiot who didn't know the consequences of his mistake.

He also had to show that he had guts, the fight-loving race known as Asgardians wouldn't want a coward to be their friend.

Jack's main reason for friendship was the Asgardian magic and library. If he could get something else from this, then all the better it was.

Thor tried his best and was finally able to free his hands, although he knew that Cedric was as strong as him, or that he was only as strong as a human, he was filled with anger, no one had the right to disrespect him like this.

"How dare you!" Thor flung his fist at Jack who easily dodged him and grabbed a nearby glass bottle smashing it against the blonde idiot.

Although Thor was only a human as of now, it didn't mean he was soft, completely disregarding the shattered glass, he lept at Jack, though in the next moment,

"Arresto Momentum."

Thor who was in mid-air, about to hot jack was suspended in the air, unable to move and talk.

Only his eyes were moving around, trying to figure out what was happening.

"So ...are you willing to talk like a civilized person or not?" - asked Cedric.

Thor tried his best to move his head, after a moment, he started to regain his movement, if it were a normal person, it would have taken them thirty minutes at least.

"Huff huff huff" Thor looked visibly tired as he pointed his finger at Cedric who was looking at Thor in a ridiculing manner.

"You..are a wizard, coward...fight me head-on if you can." - Thor roared at Cedric, he felt humiliated that a wizard, a human at that, bested him so easily, if only he had his hammer on him, he wouldn't be in this state.

This scene caused chaos in the restaurant and everyone gathered around Cedric, by now everyone was clear about who he was.

The Wizard, Many people started coming forward to come and try to talk to him, Sadly Cedric had other things to do, he held Thor's hands and presented his other hand to Darcy and Jane.

In the next moment, they disappeared from the place, leaving behind a crowd that was dumbfounded.
