Sylvia Mulberry has spent the last six months hoping her ex lover would take her back. The papers of my new apartment were supposed to be finished by the end of the week, but thanks to Michael Black's influence, they were done in less than a day. For someone who didn't want me to leave his house, he was definitely helping a lot in funding and furnishing my new place.
"It doesn't matter where you are, I just want to make sure you're happy and comfortable." Those were his answers when I asked if he was desperate to get me out of his house. Just for a moment, I had even grown paranoid about leaving. Michael had been so helpful that I thought he was finally getting rid of me.
However, he made it clear that it was none of those things. He just didn't want his girlfriend to look like she wasn't being taken care of.
My new place was a two bedroom apartment, and it was a lot better than my previous apartment. It wasn't the best apartment in town, but it would definitely serve its purpose a lot better than my previous one.
