That's what we were called. The strongest, richest, and most powerful mafia in the whole of the United States. According to the family history, our numbers increased from my great-great grandfather and up till now we become more stronger and powerful.

This is supposed to be cool for any normal child born into the mafia right? But no, not for me. You may ask why? but let's just say I have so many reasons. The most important one being my mom was assassinated just some hours after giving birth to me. Cruel isn't it? Yes I agree with you but I also disagree because being in the mafia means you have enemies and being the most powerful puts you as a major target.

Back to reality°

Here I am, getting ready for my mom's annual remembrance. We do it every year on the day she was murdered. it wasn't enough though. You wanna know why? Because I want revenge. I want to kill whoever murdered my mom. i want to make them suffer and feel the pain I've felt all these years.

I looked myself once again in the long mirror by my dresser. I wore a black knee-length gown that reached my sleeves and some black heels. I put on a big black furry coat and tucked my gun into my pocket.

'You always have to be prepared for the worst', my fad will say to me. For years I grew up with this training both in martial arts and in guns. I was more skilled in knives and combat. Currently I was still learning how to use guns. i was brought out of my thoughts by a knock on my door.

'Come in', I said in a monotone voice void of any emotions.

My room door opened and my Personal bodyguard walked in.

'The limo is ready', he said

I waved my hand signaling him to go I will be down in a minute. He left and I looked at myself one last time. I touched the pendent around my neck that had my mom picture in it and an inscription,

'The strong ingnit the fearless'.

i took my purse and walked out of my room, my heels hitting the polished floor was the only sound that could be heard in the long hallway.
